PURPOSE: A method of enhancing fruit skin pigmentation and preventing fruit flesh from softening is provided to maintain the quality and functionality of sweet persimmon when storing after harvest. CONSTITUTION: Harvested sweet persimmons are treated with 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP) and irradiated with the ultraviolet ray(UV). In case of sweet persimmons are processed with 1-MCP and UV immediately after the harvest, carotenoid group photosynthetic pigment in the fruit skin of the sweet persimmon is increased which enhances the pigmentation and achieves the softening prevention effect of the fruit flesh at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 8.3-75 wt% of concentrated deep seawater containing 12,000mg/L of calcium and magnesium; 0.1-0.9 wt% of dried dead sea salts containing 36 wt% of magnesium chloride; and remaining ingredients including oils, an antiseptic, a perfume, a moisturizing agent, an arnica extract, and purified water. PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of isosorbide from sorbitol using ionic liquid is provided to use ionic liquid instead of acid catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of isosorbide from sorbitol using ionic liquid removes water and uses ionic liquid while dehydrating sorbitol in order to manufacture the isosorbide and sorbitan. The manufacturing method additionally includes the following steps: extracting the isosorbide and sorbitan by using organic solvent which does not dissolve ionic liquid; distilling a mixed solution of isosorbide and sorbitan; and separating the isosorbide and sorbitan through chromatography from the concentrated mixed solution.

PURPOSE: Mulberry jam and a producing method thereof are provided to use high-quality mulberry syrup obtained from assorted mulberry to produce the jam. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mulberry jam comprises the following steps: assorting and washing mulberry; mixing the washed mulberry and sugar in a weight ratio of 1:1; sealing, fermenting, and aging the mixture for 3-9 months, and filtering the mixture using a 20mesh sieve to obtain mulberry syrup; mixing the mulberry syrup with mulberry syrup flesh, and heating the mixture at 70 deg. C for 10 minutes before stirring; removing stems from the stirred mixture, and refining the mulberry syrup flesh; adding pectin to the refined mulberry syrup flesh; and coagulating the mixture before stopping the heating process and adding citric acid and vitamin C and sterilizing the mixture. PURPOSE: Shark meat surimi gel, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent taste and nutrition of the shark meat surimi gel to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of shark meat surimi gel comprises the following steps: grinding shark meat for removing tendons, and dehydrating; adding salt into the ground shark meat, and homogenizing; adding ice water, starch, egg white, sugar, and sorbitol into the shark meat, and homogenizing the mixture to obtain paste; removing air from the paste, and cooling the paste at 10 deg C for 30 minutes; inserting the paste into a cellulose case; and heating the paste at 90 deg C for 15 minutes before cooling at 10 deg C. The shark meat surimi contains 1.5-4.5wt% of salt.
