Abstract:
상백피 추출물로부터 분리한 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 당뇨병 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로 뽕나무의 부위별 에탄올 추출물을 제조하고 상기 뽕나무 부위별 추출물의 항당뇨, 항산화, 항노화, 항염증 활성을 측정하여 항당뇨 효능이 높은 상백피 추출물을 크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분리 및 정제한 다음 항당뇨 화합물을 얻은 후 화합물의 α-glucosidase 저해활성을 측정하여 항당뇨 효과를 확인하였으며 본 발명에 따른 상백피 추출물로부터 분리한 화합물은 당뇨병을 예방하고 치료할 수 있으며 부작용에 대한 우려 없이 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mulberry seed originated polyphenol compound is provided to enhance antioxidant function, thereby being useful for cosmestic material. CONSTITUTION: A polyphenol compound is one of compounds having chemical structure 1-11 which are originated from mulberry seed. An isolation refining method of the polyphenol compound comprises the following steps: obtaining mulberry seed oil and defatted meal by compressing the mulberry seed; organic solvent extracting degatted meal; and silica-gel, sephadex LH-20, ODS-A column chromatographing ethyl acetate fraction. The functional food for antioxidant contains mulberry seed originated polyphenol compound.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Mulberry jam and a producing method thereof are provided to use high-quality mulberry syrup obtained from assorted mulberry to produce the jam. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mulberry jam comprises the following steps: assorting and washing mulberry; mixing the washed mulberry and sugar in a weight ratio of 1:1; sealing, fermenting, and aging the mixture for 3-9 months, and filtering the mixture using a 20mesh sieve to obtain mulberry syrup; mixing the mulberry syrup with mulberry syrup flesh, and heating the mixture at 70 deg. C for 10 minutes before stirring; removing stems from the stirred mixture, and refining the mulberry syrup flesh; adding pectin to the refined mulberry syrup flesh; and coagulating the mixture before stopping the heating process and adding citric acid and vitamin C and sterilizing the mixture. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A production method of anti-liver toxicity, ant-diabetic, anti-aging, and anti-oxidative dihydroflavonol is provided to mass produce the dihydroflavonol by fermenting mulberry wine. CONSTITUTION: Mulberries are fermented and aged to obtain mulberry wine. The mulberry wine is mixed with ionized water with the same amount. The mixed solution is mixed with ethyl acetate for fractioning and separating supernatant. The ethyl acetate fraction is dissolved in a 20% ethane solution, and settled for one day to obtain supernatant. The supernatant is passed through a Diaion HP-20 ion resin for absorbing a flavonol compound, eluted by using a 50% ethanol solution, and concentrated to obtain a mulberry wine extract. ODS-A and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography are successively performed to the mulberry wine extract.
