본 발명은 구기자 뿌리껍질인 지골피( Lycii Cortex Radicis , LCR)로부터 유래한 티라민 유도체(CT, FT)의 항콜레스테롤 효능에 관한 것으로, 지골피 유래의 티라민 유도체는 HMG-CoA 환원효소와 ACAT의 활성을 저해하고, 동물실험을 통하여 혈청 총콜레스테롤 감소효과 뿐만 아니라, 특히 LCR 페놀릭아마이드 FT는 잇꽃종자유래의 FS( N- feruloylserotonin) 수준의 상기 효소저해 효과가 있고 페놀릭아마이드를 포함하는 LCR 추출물은 저농도에서도 잇꽃종자추출물 유래의 serotonin보다 혈청 콜레스테롤 수준을 감소시키는 뛰어난 효과가 있다

PURPOSE: Mulberry jam and a producing method thereof are provided to use high-quality mulberry syrup obtained from assorted mulberry to produce the jam. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mulberry jam comprises the following steps: assorting and washing mulberry; mixing the washed mulberry and sugar in a weight ratio of 1:1; sealing, fermenting, and aging the mixture for 3-9 months, and filtering the mixture using a 20mesh sieve to obtain mulberry syrup; mixing the mulberry syrup with mulberry syrup flesh, and heating the mixture at 70 deg. C for 10 minutes before stirring; removing stems from the stirred mixture, and refining the mulberry syrup flesh; adding pectin to the refined mulberry syrup flesh; and coagulating the mixture before stopping the heating process and adding citric acid and vitamin C and sterilizing the mixture. PURPOSE: An oriental medicine material extract containing eugenol derivatives and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure antioxidation, anti-aging, and anti-inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing steam distillation extract of oriental medicine materials comprises: a step of drying herb medicines and adding distilled water; a step of adding ether and isolating with a steam distillation device; and a step of decompressing. A functional composition for antioxidation or antiaging contains the extract as an active ingredient. A functional composition for anti-inflammation contains the extract as an active ingredient. The extract contains eugenol derivatives as an active ingredient. The eugenol derivative is methyleugenol or acetyleugenol.

An enzyme-treated seasoning and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve solubility, digestibility and preference while maintaining the functionality and nutrients of natural ingredients through extrusion molding and enzymatic treatment. A method for preparing an enzyme-treated seasoning comprises the following steps of: performing a first extraction molding; fermenting the first-extrusion molded material with an enzyme solution; performing a second extrusion molding; drying the second-extrusion molded material in a hot air drier until the moisture content becomes 5% or less; pulverizing the dried material 200-250 mesh in size; and collecting the pulverized material by a cyclone. The seasoning composition consists of 55wt% of freeze-dried shrimp, 5wt% of anchovy, 5wt% of sea tangle, 5wt% of pyogo mushroom, 5wt% of garlic, 2wt% of bean sprouts, 2wt% of radish, 2wt% of onion, 2wt% of ginger, 1wt% of Alaska Pollack, 1wt% of bonito, 1wt% of sea mussel, 1wt% of cuttlefish, 1wt% of sesame, 1wt% of Korean leek, 1wt% of red pepper and 10wt% of salicornia herbacea.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mulberry seed originated polyphenol compound is provided to enhance antioxidant function, thereby being useful for cosmestic material. CONSTITUTION: A polyphenol compound is one of compounds having chemical structure 1-11 which are originated from mulberry seed. An isolation refining method of the polyphenol compound comprises the following steps: obtaining mulberry seed oil and defatted meal by compressing the mulberry seed; organic solvent extracting degatted meal; and silica-gel, sephadex LH-20, ODS-A column chromatographing ethyl acetate fraction. The functional food for antioxidant contains mulberry seed originated polyphenol compound.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a mulberry branch extract is provided to produce a large amount of purified powder containing oxyresveratrol with anti-inflammatory and antiaging functions and to use trans-rasveratrol and moracin as a novel material for functional foods and cosmetic products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a mulberry branch extract containing oxyresveratrol comprises the steps of: steaming mulberry branches for one hour and drying; adding 650 kg of a 75-95% ethanol solution to 100 kg of the dried mulberry branches and extracting by ultrasonic wave at 40-50°C for 12 hours; concentrating the extract by reduced pressure; dissolving the concentrate in a 80% ethanol solution and incubating at room temperature; removing precipitate, adding normal-hexane, and fractioning; removing an upper layer oil and concentrating the lower layer; adding a 20% ethanol solution to the defatted ethanol extract of mulberry branches and suspending; treating the defatted ethanol extract with 10% pectinase and hydrolyzing at 30-40°C for 12 hours to obtain a hydrolysate; fractioning the hydrolysate with an ethyl acetate solvent and concentrating the upper layer by reduced pressure; dissolving the concentrate using the 20% ethanol solution and adsorbing onto diaion HP-20 adsorption ion exchange column; washing the resultant with the 20% ethanol solution; and eluting the resultant with a 40% ethanol solution and concentrating. PURPOSE: An anticholesterol composition is provided to suppress the activities of HMG-CoA reductase and acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) and to lower cholesterol in serum using a Lycii radicis cortex-derived tyramine derivative, thereby preventing hyperlipidemia. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an anticholesterol tyramine derivative comprises the steps of: extracting Lycii radicis cortex powder with an ethanol solution and filtering the extract; concentrating the extract by compression; and performing Sep-Pak C18 cartridges column chromatography. The derivative is trans-N-p-coumaroyltyramine (CT) or trans-N-feruloyltyramine (FT). A functional food composition for anticholesterol and antioxidative effects contains the tyramine derivative as an active ingredient.
