    Abstract: A submergence-detecting power-window apparatus comprises: a window-opening-and-closing motor; a motor-driving unit for selectively driving the window-opening-and-closing motor; a switch control unit provided with control switches and used for supplying a control voltage to the motor-driving unit; a window-opening-and-closing switch; a control unit for turning on one of the control switches corresponding to an operation carried out on the window-opening-and-closing switch; a submergence-detecting circuit including a submergence-detecting sensor; and a submergence-time window-opening switch, wherein when an operation is carried out on the window-opening-and-closing switch with the submergence-detecting circuit put in an inoperative state, the control unit turns on one of the control switches corresponding to the operation carried out on the window-opening-and-closing switch, the switch control unit applies a control voltage to the motor-driving unit through the turned-on control switch to drive the window-opening-and-closing motor in order to open or close the window; and with the submergence-detecting circuit put in an operative state by the car' s submergence detected by the submergence-detecting sensor, a turned-on state of any one of the control switches is made ineffective and an operation carried out on the submergence-time window-opening switch causes a control voltage to be supplied to the motor-driving unit to drive the window-opening-and-closing motor in order to open the window.

    Abstract: A power window apparatus capable of opening a window or windows of a submerged automobile by manually operating a driver seat window open switch or a passenger seat window open switch both located on a driver seat window operation unit.     Abstract: The present invention relates to an automatic window closing apparatus which includes: a button where a first hole is formed at the center and a bearing is formed on an inner circumferential surface; an operation shaft that is coupled at an upper end for the bearing to be able to be pivotable and has a worm gear formed in a lower portion; a worm that is engaged with the worm gear; an elastic member that is coupled with a lower end of the operation shaft and releases the engagement between the worm gear and the worm by being lowered when the button is operated; a sprocket that is formed in an upper portion of the operation shaft; a chain that is engaged with the sprocket and allows a window coupled with one end to be manually opened with the one end being withdrawn out of the apparatus when the button is pressed by a user; a bushing whose one side is pivotally coupled with the bearing and the other side is coupled with an upper end of the operation shaft; a detection unit that detects temperature change or smoke and then transmits a signal to a power supply unit in the event of a fire; the power supply unit that receives the signal from the detection unit and then supplies electric power to a motor; and the motor that is supplied the electric power from the power supply unit and then drives the worm to rotate, in which the elastic member is a spring whose diameter increases from an upper end to a lower end, and the button and the operation shaft are bolt-coupled. According to the present invention, only the bearing inside the button that is coupled with the operation shaft rotates when the button is operated for manual window opening. Accordingly, no pain is caused in the hands of the user operating the button.

The first pulley is rotated with the driven gear. The first cam is formed on an upper part of the first pulley. The first cam is rotated with the first pulley. The spring restores the first push member to an initial location. The first opening unit includes a second pulley(320), a second cam(330), a second push member(350), and a spring(360). The second pulley is installed at the base plate rotatably. The control part controls driving of the driving motor.
