Abstract:
A mobile automatic massage apparatus which includes a base of an automatic guided vehicle and a few robotic arms attached above it. A 3D scanner on the pole behind the touch screen monitor takes images of the surrounding environment and guides the movement of the vehicle and positioning of the arms. The hands attached to the robotic arms perform the massage according to the programs of a central computer. This massage apparatus can perform similar professional massage provided by the physicians or therapists to improve the blood circulation of the patients and reduce the pain.
Abstract:
The present invention is a massage chair, having frame body with specific curve, a chair back located by the chair seat, wherein the chair back is adjusted properly by the chair seat for rotating and having a rotation angle; wherein the frame body including back section, buttock section and leg section, the buttock section has a downward curve and the leg section has an upward curve, thus, massage module can provide massage service to human thigh when the rotation angle is more than 110 degrees.
Abstract:
A pushcart configured to perform inverted pendulum control is made likely to negotiate a step.In a first control mode, a main body is maintained to have a constant posture by performing the inverted pendulum control all the time. For example, when a user operates a selector switch, the control mode is changed to a second control mode in which offset torque is added so that an amount of torque applied to a wheel driver unit becomes larger. In this case, because the pushcart moves faster than usual, even if there exists a step that is hard to negotiate in the state of usual inverted pendulum control, the pushcart is likely to negotiate that step.
Abstract:
A vibrator sex toy is provided with touch-based sensors for an ergonomic in-situ method of controlling the operation and intensity of the vibrator. The vibrator sex toy has an internal end, an external end and a middle staging section. The staging section includes a control circuit and batteries. The internal end includes electric vibrator motors connected to the control circuit by wires. The external end includes ergonomically placed touch sensors that behave like variable resistors. The touch sensors respond to natural human gestures such as grasping, stretching, compressing and bending the external end of the sex toy with changes in resistance. The touch sensors are connected to the control circuit by wires and act as potentiometers in the control path of the vibrator motors. The user is able to vary the sensations from the motors intuitively and in-situ by manipulating the external end or applying it to a partner.
Abstract:
A sexual aid device, for allowing a user being a first party of sexual relationship with a second party, to simulate the physiologic reaction of the penis of a human male. The proposed sexual aid device includes a hollow penis body made of flexible or semi-rigid material and containing a plurality of telescopic sections for causing the penis body to be in its erected state when the telescopic sections are maximally propagated and for allowing the penis body to be in its descended default state, when the telescopic sections are maximally contracted; a simulated scrotum made of flexible or semi-rigid material, having a compartment for containing a mechanism for powering the propagation and contraction of the telescopic sections; a mechanism for providing a driving force required for powering the propagation and contraction of the telescopic sections; sensors located on the penis body, for detecting physical contact of the penis body with the body of the second party; a controller for controlling the driving force to cause the telescopic sections to maximally propagate, according to input signals received from the sensors and to time and to return to be maximally contracted, after a predetermined time; a power source for powering the controller and for generating the driving force; and a coupling mechanism for attaching the sexual aid device to the body of the first party.
Abstract:
Cognitive orthotics. More specifically, assistive ambulation systems and methods, including systems that can detect a person who uses an assistive ambulation device (such as a walker) and produce a signal in response to the detection, which signal is designed to encourage or motivate the person to use the device. They system may also stop the signal when the person engages the device and/or produce an additional signal or a different signal when the person engages the device.
Abstract:
Devices, systems and methods are described which control blood pressure and nervous system activity by stimulating baroreceptors. By selectively and controllably activating baroreceptors and/or nerves, the present invention reduces blood pressure and alters the sympathetic nervous system; thereby minimizing deleterious effects on the heart, vasculature and other organs and tissues. A baroreceptor activation device or other sensory activation device is positioned near a dermal bone to provide the treatment.
Abstract:
Devices, systems and methods are provided for treating migraine headaches and other conditions by non-invasive electrical stimulation of nerves and other tissue. A hand-held device includes a housing with a controller having a signal generator, an electrode for delivering electrical signals, and a conductive surface configured as a return path for the electrical signals. In certain implementations, the electrode is repositionable with respect to the housing. The patient can self-apply the hand-held device by pressing it against areas in need of pain relief. The device may include a pressure-sensitive gating switch to control delivery of the stimulation therapy. In certain embodiments, the electrode is a rollerball electrode. The device may include a chamber for retaining and dispensing conductive gel to the therapy site. In certain approaches, the device includes an electrode support for coupling an electrical stimulation system to the head for hands-free electrical stimulation therapy.

Abstract:
A manually propelled vehicle having an assist function that assists walking of a user includes a vehicle body, a wheel for moving the vehicle body, sensor that detects an operating force, power driver that supplies power to the wheel based on the operating force, a motion sensor that detects a movement of the vehicle body according to the operating force detected by the sensor; and controller that controls the power driver, wherein, when the user operates the manually propelled vehicle while the assist function is deactivated, the controller activates the assist function based on the movement of the vehicle body detected by the motion sensor.
