PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase making it possible to ensure the sufficient volumetric capacity of a transparent showcase and to make the interior of the transparent showcase easily viewable and yet reliably close an opening in the same with a transparent door for a long time.SOLUTION: A drive mechanism 6 for driving the transparent door 3 is placed in the base 4 located under the transparent case 2. The drive mechanism 6 includes: a pair of arms 8, 9 that are swung with the position of their intersection used as the fulcrum; opening/closing operation portions 10, 11 coupled to the lower ends of the respective arms 8, 9; a pair of racks 12, 13 fixed on the respective opening/closing operation portions 10, 11; a pinion 14 engaged with both the racks 12, 13; and a motor 27 that drives the pinion 14. Slide portions 17, 18 anchored to a swing guide rail 16 provided on the transparent door 3 are provided at the upper ends of the respective arms 8, 9. When the pinion 14 is driven by the motor 27 to bring the opening/closing operation portions 10, 11 close to each other, the transparent door 3 is moved up. When the opening/closing operation portions 10, 11 are brought away from each other, the transparent door 3 is moved down into the base 4.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic door opening/closing device capable of maintaining the backlash between a rack and a pinion in an appropriate state to prevent excessive noise from occurring and the teeth of the rack and the pinion from being damaged.SOLUTION: The automatic door opening/closing device of this invention includes a rack 12 disposed on an upper frame 7b of a glass sliding door 3A, a pinion 11 engaged with the rack 12 and a driver portion 5 with the pinion 11 connected thereto. The pinion 11 is rotationally driven by the driver portion 5. The driver portion 5 is disposed to a base plate 21. The pinion 11 is attached via the driver portion 5 to the base plate 21. The base plate 21 is fixed via an anti-vibration member 22 to a casing 15 facing the upper frame 7b. A roller 25 opposing across the rack 12 to the pinion 11 is attached to the base plate 21.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for an automatic door in which the damage of the tooth of a rack is hard to occur even when the meshed state of the rack and a gear is not regulated precisely.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device for an automatic door of the invention has a pin rack 12 arranged in a top rail 7b of one glass sliding door 3A and a sprocket 11 meshing with a plurality of pins 15 of a pin rack 12. Each pin 15 consists of a core 21 and a coating part 22 externally fitting the core 21. Two cores 21 are provided on one core side base plate 23 and two coating parts 22 are provided on one coating side base plate 24. And, in the state that the plurality of core side base plates 23 and the plurality of coating side base plates 24 are arranged one after the other, respectively, by externally fitting the coating part 22 of each coating side base plate 24,respectively, to the core 21, 21 of both core side base plates 23, 23 which are adjacent each other, the core side base plate 23 and the coating side base plate 24 and the pin 15 are unified.

SOLUTION: This vertical louver device includes panels 4 of a vertical louver shaped to have parallel parts at the back face in a cross section. The panels 4 are arranged in a horizontal row, each with a turning shaft 5 at one end, and the turning shaft 5 is constituted beforehand to be forcibly openable in an opening direction. Operating wheels 8a, 8b for regulating opening are installed at the lower part of the back face of each panel 4, on a horizontal shaft 9a horizontally movable by a driving device, and the operating wheels 8a are arranged to open the adjacent panels 4 at angles shifted in order respectively. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation unit capable of introducing winds of various kinds of patterns into a room by interlocking one ventilation unit and an air conditioner. SOLUTION: An opening of any one of an outside air communication duct 3, an inside air intake duct 4, and an air conditioner communication duct 5 is blocked by a movement of a movable panel lid 9 in a chamber 6 inside the room. Moreover, a branch damper 13 making the inside air intake duct 4 branch off to the chamber 6 and to an indoor return duct 12 before the inlet of the chamber 6, is arranged. The movement of the movable panel lid 9 and the branch damper 9 are interlocked by an interlocking lever 15, thereby enabling introduction of various kinds of winds into the room. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible polyurethane raw material composition using an environment-friendly incombustible agent without using a conventional incombustible agent based on halogen, such as bromine, chlorine, etc. and a foamed molding excellent in incombustibility obtained by molding the same. SOLUTION: Two of plant-derived epoxidized linseed oil and epoxidized soybean oil each having an epoxy functional group are simultaneously used as incombustible agents in a liquid polyurethane raw material. A mixing ratio of the epoxidized linseed oil to the epoxidized soybean oil is preferably 7:3 to 3:7 by weight ratio, and the total mixed quantity of the epoxidized linseed oil and the epoxidized soybean oil in the raw material is preferably 20-60 mass%. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of performing three-way air flow ventilation using only outside air, only indoor circulation air, and mixed air of the indoor circulation air and the outside air by itself. SOLUTION: The ventilator 1 is constructed so that an outside air communication duct 2 and an indoor circulation duct 4 can mix air in an air flow chamber 11 arranged inside a room. The ventilator 1 is provided with movable panel lids 9 with wheels 8 on both side surfaces attached with moving devices 7 for closing either of an outside air inlet 3 or an inside air inlet 5, which flow air in the air flow chamber 11. Further, the ventilator is provided with a storage stop zone where the movable panel lids 9 can stop at a position for not closing both of the outside air inlet 3 and the inside air inlet 5.
