Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of dried squid using a red ginseng extract is provided to dip squid into the red ginseng extract before drying to offer components of red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dried squid using a red ginseng extract comprises the following steps: washing and dehydrating fresh squid; cutting the squid, and removing the intestines from the squid before washing for 2-3 times; naturally dehydrating the washed squid for 10-30 minutes on a sieve; fixing the dehydrated squid on a drying tray, and firstly drying the squid for 10 hours; dipping the dried squid in the red ginseng extract for 5 hours; and inserting the squid dipped into the red ginseng extract in a hot-air drier, and secondly drying the squid for 24 hours. The red ginseng extract contains red ginseng juice and salt water in a ratio of 1:10.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for whitened cuttlefish collagen-derived peptide is provided to optimize and simplify complex collagen isolation process and to improve skin absorption of the collagen. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing whitened cuttlefish collagen-derived peptide comprises: a step of shaking a cuttlefish in sodium hydroxide solution to obtain cuttlefish collagen; a step of whitening collagen by shaking for 12 to 15 hours adding 1% of hydrogen peroxide; and a step of performing sonication of the whitened collage at 20, 60, 90 and 130KHz. The method further comprises: a step of putting 20 weight% of cuttlefish to 3% of hydrogen peroxide and 0.1N sodium hydroxide and shaking for 12 hours to remove non-collagen component, and a step of adding 0.5% of citric acid and vitamin C.

Abstract: A cuttlefish mask for Hahm-jin-a-bi(male friends of the would-be bridegroom carrying a box of presents from the groom to the bride's family) and a preparation method thereof are provided to prepare a cuttlefish mask like a common mask. A method for preparing a cuttlefish mask for Hahm-jin-a-bi(male friends of the would-be bridegroom carrying a box of presents from the groom to the bride's family) comprises: a first step of stretching a cuttlefish body(10) to fit into a molding frame(20), fixing the cuttlefish body in a fixing frame(30) and first-molding the cuttlefish body; a second step of applying high-temperature heat to the cuttlefish body to second-mold and dry the cuttlefish body; a third step of incising eyes, a nose and a mouth on the dried cuttlefish body and making decoration strings on both sides of the cuttlefish body; and a fourth step of painting the cuttlefish body. In the first step, the cuttlefish body is semi-dried at less than 40°C until the moisture content becomes 50% or less. The molding frame has a molding surface corresponding to a mask shape and the fixing frame has a fixing surface corresponding to the molding surface of the molding frame. The molding and fixing frames are made of wooden or insulating materials.
