Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a hard coat film, including a film base material and a hard coat arranged on at least one surface of the film base material, wherein the hard coat is comprised of an active energy ray-curable resin composition. The active energy ray-curable resin composition includes 100 parts by mass of (P) a urethane (meth)acrylate compound, 0.02 to 5 parts by mass of (Q) organic fine particles having an average particle size of 10 to 300 nm, and 0.0002 to 2 parts by mass of (R) an acrylic silicon leveling agent. The (R) acrylic silicon leveling agent is loaded in the active energy ray-curable resin composition in an amount of 1 part by mass or more based on 100 parts by mass of the (Q) organic fine particles.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a hard coat-laminated film for a touch panel display face plate, the hard coat-laminated film including: a transparent resin film, and a hard coat formed on at least one surface of the transparent resin film from a coating material including an active energy ray-curable resin composition. The hard coat-laminated film meets the following requirements (1-i) to (1-v): (1-i) a total light transmittance of 80% or higher, (1-ii) a haze of 3.0% or lower, (1-iii) a yellowness index of 3 or lower, (1-iv) a water contact angle of a touch surface of 100° or larger; and (1-v) a water contact angle of the touch surface of 100° or larger after 20,000-times reciprocal cotton wiping of the touch panel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to a poly(meth)acrylimide film and a method for manufacturing such a film. At least one embodiment provides a poly(meth)acrylimide film that has (i) a total light transmittance of over 90% and (ii) haze of 2.0% or less. This film preferably has retardation of less than 50 nm. The method for manufacturing this film includes the following steps: (A) using a device provided with an extruder and a T die, a poly(meth)acrylimide molten film is continuously extruded from the T die; and (B) the poly(meth)acrylimide molten film is loaded by being fed between a rotating or circulating first mirrored-surface body and a rotating or circulating second mirrored-surface body, and then the film is pressed. During these steps, (C) the surface temperature of the first mirrored-surface body is in the range 100-200° C., and (D) the surface temperature of the second mirrored-surface body is in the range 20-200° C.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a hard coat layered film having a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer in order from an outer layer side, the first hard coat including (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate including 20% by mass or more of a tripentaerythritol acrylate, (B) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repellent, and (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent, the first hard coat being formed from a coating material not including inorganic particles, and the second hard coat including (A′) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) 50-300 parts by mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm. According to at least one embodiment, component (A) may be a mixture of tripentaerythritol acrylate and one or more species selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol acrylate, monopentaerythritol acrylate, and polypentaerythritol acrylate.

Abstract: A hard coat laminated film according to at least one embodiment has, from the surface layer side, a first hard coat and a transparent resin film layer. The second hard coat is formed from a coating material which includes: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (E) 0.01-7 parts by mass of a water repelling agent; and (F) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; without inorganic particles.

Abstract: One embodiment provides a multilayer hard coating film which sequentially includes, from the superficial layer side, a first hard coating and a resin film, and wherein: the first hard coating is formed from a coating material that contains a specific amount of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a specific amount of (B) a water repellent agent, while containing no inorganic particles; and the resin film includes at least one layer of (α) an acrylic resin that contains 50-95% by mole of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate and 50-5% by mole of a structural unit derived from vinyl cyclohexane when the total of the structural units derived from polymerizable monomers is taken as 100% by mole. Another embodiment provides a multilayer hard coating film which includes a second hard coating in addition to a first hard coating, and wherein: the first hard coating contains (C) a silane coupling agent in addition to the above-described components (A) and (B); and the second hard coating is formed from a coating material that contains a specific amount of (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and a specific amount of (D) inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-300 nm.
