Abstract:
본 발명은 녹차다당체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 a) 용매를 이용하여 녹차 분말에서 엽록소 및 저분자량의 폴리페놀을 제거하는 단계; b) 상기 a)단계의 녹차 잔사로부터 수용성 활성성분을 열수 추출하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 b)단계의 열수 추출물로부터 한외여과 및 에탄올 침전 반응으로 녹차다당체를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹차다당체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조한 녹차다당체를 함유하는 화장료 조성물은 우수한 피부 미백, 보습 및 주름 개선 효과를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for hair containing Paeonia lactiflora-brewed water having resveratrol is provided to prevent scalp aging and cell damage. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for scalp or hair contains 0.01-10.0 weight% of Paeonia lactiflora-brewed water. The Paeonia lactiflora-brewed water is extracted by adding Paeonia lactiflora to soluble composition containing water and infusing active ingredients of Paeonia lactiflora at low temperature. The composition additionally contains extracts of Opunitia ficus-indica var. saboten, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, or cacao seed. The composition is used in the form of hair tonic, hair essence, hair serum, scalp treatment, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair shampoo or hair lotion.

A bio marker for diagnosing hyperpigmentation disposition of skin is provided to rapidly and sensitively predict the possibility of pigmentation. A bio marker for diagnosing skin of hyperpigmentation disposition comprises a gene of which expression is increased or decreased by UV irradiation. A kit for diagnosing hyperpigmentation disposition comprises a polynucleotide of the bio marker gene or its fragment and solid support in which one or more polynucleotide is conjugated on the surface. A method for screening an inhibitor of hyperpigmentation disposition comprises: a step of treating test material in the bio marker gene; and a step of confirming whether the test material suppresses or inhibits the expression of the gene.

A composition comprising an extract of Magnolia Obovata bark is provided to inhibit melanogenesis by inhibiting the activity of c-kit protein expressed in melanocyte effectively, thereby showing excellent whitening effect. A composition for inhibiting c-kit protein activity comprises 0.0001-10 wt.% of an extract of Magnolia Obovata bark as an effective ingredient, wherein the extract controls function of melanocyte by inhibiting signalling of cells in a melanocyte participated by a C-kit protein.

A lipid-based nano-carrier is provided to increase the whitening effect of an extract of Mori Cotex Radicis by encapsulating an extract of Mori Cortex Radicis in the lipid-based nano-carrier in which cholesteryl hemisuccinate is introduced, thereby effectively inhibiting the melanogenesis without side effects. The lipid-based nano-carrier is characterized in that it is in the form of a liposome dispersion or a nano-emulsion in which cholesteryl hemisuccinate encapsulating an extract of Mori Cortex Radicis or a salt thereof is introduced. Regarding the total weight of the total liposome dispersion or the nano-emulsion, the content of the lipid is 0.001-20 wt.% and the content of the extract is 0.001-30 wt.%. The skin whitening composition comprises the nano-carrier.

A method for inhibiting melanosome migration by using prohibitin siRNA(small interference RNA) is provided to inhibit expression of prohibitin in a melanin synthesis cell and uniformed distribution of melanosome in the melanin synthesis cell, so that the skin is whitened. The melanosome migration to the end of melanin synthesis cell is inhibited by administering prohibitin siRNA into the melanin synthesis cell, melan-a, thereby inhibiting binding of prohibitin to melanophilin as a melanosome vehicle and uniformed distribution of melanosome in the melanin synthesis cell.
