Abstract: 본 발명은 티로시나제 저해 활성을 가지는 펩티드, 그 제조방법, 및 이를 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 화학적으로 합성된 펩티드 라이브러리(펩티드 무작위 서열 혼합물)로부터 선별되는 네개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 펩티드로서, 구체적으로 첫번째 아미노산 및 두번째 아미노산이 티로신 또는 트립토판에서 선택되고, 세번째 아미노산이 트립토판, 네번째 아미노산이 아르기닌으로 구성되는 서열을 가지는, 티로시나제 억제 작용을 가지는 펩티드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 펩티드를 유효 성분으로 함유한 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 멜라닌 생성 억제 펩티드는 멜라닌 생성 세포에 존재하는 티로시나제의 활성을 억제하며, 세포에도 매우 안전하다. 따라서, 상기 펩티드를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 본 발명의 피부 외용제 조성물은, 멜라닌 생성의 효과적인 억제로 피부 미백 효과에 있어 탁월하며, 기미, 주근깨, 태양 광선에 의한 피부 그을림 등의 피부 색소 침착을 효과적으로 개선 및 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: A lipid-based nano-carrier is provided to increase the whitening effect of an extract of Mori Cotex Radicis by encapsulating an extract of Mori Cortex Radicis in the lipid-based nano-carrier in which cholesteryl hemisuccinate is introduced, thereby effectively inhibiting the melanogenesis without side effects. The lipid-based nano-carrier is characterized in that it is in the form of a liposome dispersion or a nano-emulsion in which cholesteryl hemisuccinate encapsulating an extract of Mori Cortex Radicis or a salt thereof is introduced. Regarding the total weight of the total liposome dispersion or the nano-emulsion, the content of the lipid is 0.001-20 wt.% and the content of the extract is 0.001-30 wt.%. The skin whitening composition comprises the nano-carrier.
