Abstract: PURPOSE: A trocar assembly and an operation apparatus for hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy including the same are provided to increase the entrance-exit cross section of fluid by including a fluid circulating part with a plurality of holes. CONSTITUTION: A trocar assembly includes an inserting pipe(120) and a fluid circulating part(130). The inserting pipe forms the fluid path of fluid through which fluid enters and exits from inside to outside of human body. The fluid circulating part including a plurality of holes, through which the fluid enters and exits, is detachably integrated with the inserting pipe and guides the fluid to the fluid path.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of diagnosing micro-calcification using CAD(Computer Aided Diagnosis) is provided to eliminate noise from a digital mammogram using mammography. CONSTITUTION: Using a GLCM(Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix), a mammogram is divided into breast region and non-breast region(S102). The noises or the background region is removed from the digital mammogram(S104,S106). A micro-calcification is emphasized in the digital mammogram(S108). A potential micro-calcifications are detected from the digital mammogram(S110). The micro-calcification is decided among the potential micro-calcifications(S112).
