Abstract:
PURPOSE: A biomass measuring system based on surface plasmon scattering and resonance detection is provided to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze single or multiple biomasses on a real time basis and to perform intracellular measurement. CONSTITUTION: A biomass measuring system includes a sensor unit (100), a light source (200), a coupler (300), an optical filter (400), a first detection unit (500), and a second detection unit (600). The sensor unit includes one or more optical fibers emitting lights to the outside or sensing light generated in the outside. The light source provides the light emitted to the outside to the optical fibers. The coupler receives the lights received by the optical fibers. The first detection unit measures LSPR from the lights reflected by the optical filter. The second detection unit measures SERS from the lights filtered by the optical filter. PURPOSE: An interconnection structure through a substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, a device package having the same, and a manufacturing method for the device package are provided to reduce structure size by applying a reflow process to a via hole formed by etching a first substrate. CONSTITUTION: The center of a first substrate(100) has a recessed shape from a surface of an edge area. A first photo resist pattern is formed on the first substrate. A second substrate(200) is arranged on an recessed area of the first substrate. The second substrate has a through structure of having a predetermined pattern. A via plug(230) is formed passing through both sides of the second substrate.

금속나노입자의표면플라즈몬공명현상을이용한국소화표면플라즈몬공명센서의신호보정방법이제공된다. 이는 DI 수또는버퍼용액내에센서의금속나노입자를담군상태에서센서의출력신호의세기 A를구하여해당센서의기본특성값으로정의하는단계와, 금속나노입자에항체가흡착된상태에서항체-항원반응에따른결합에의해발생하는센서의출력신호세기의변화량 B를구하는단계와, 변화량 B를기본특성값으로나누는단계를포함한다. 이를통해, 센서의금속나노입자의밀도, 크기, 형태와상관없이균일한측정값을얻을수 있다.
