Abstract: PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition containing Corydalis turtschaninovii extract having enhanced drug effect is provided to increase dehydrocorydaline content. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Corydalis turtschaninovii extract with enhanced drug effect comprises: a first step of adding 10-50% of acid solution(w/w%) and dipping for 1 to 30 hours; a second step of dipping Corydalis turtschaninovii at 150-400°C and heating for 0 to 2 hours; and a third step of extracting with water, low alcohol, or mixture solvent at 0°C-100°C for 30 to 90 hours through hot water extract, cooling extract, or ultrasonic wave and concentrating. SCHISKIN, and sequence: AGGATTCGCAGACAGG, Peucedanum japonicum Thunberg to discriminate the Saposhnikovia divaricata(TURCZ.) Abstract: A kit for genetically discriminating Angelica species is provided to improve accuracy of discrimination by discriminating relationship and genetic mutation among Angelica species, and maintain quality of Angelica species. The kit for genetically discriminating Angelica species comprises DNA extracting reagents, PCR reagents containing a sense primer of SEQ ID NO:1 and antisense primer of SEQ ID NO:2, and a sequencing primer of SEQ ID NO:3, wherein the Angelica species includes Angelica sinensis, Angelica acutiloba and Angelica gigas. The method for genetically discriminating Angelica species comprises the steps of: extracting DNA from an Angelica sample; preparing reaction solution of primers containing the sense and antisense primers and the extracted DNA; PCR-amplifying the reaction solution; sequencing the PCR product; and analyzing the genotypes of the amplified DNA by combining the amplified DNA and performing the pyrosequencing method.
