본 발명은 박리형 양면 점착시트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 열발포제를 균일하게 코팅함으로써 높은 점착력을 유지하면서도 박리시킬 때에는 피착체와 열박리형 양면 점착시트간의 넓은 점착 면적에서의 열발포로 박리가 쉽게 되는 박리형 양면 점착시트에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 박리형 양면 점착시트는 기재와 상기 기재의 일면에 도포된 점착층(A)과 상기 기재의 타면에 열발포제 코팅층 및 점착층(B)이 순차적으로 도포된 것을 특징으로 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A back sheet for a solar cell having a positive point and a solar cell module using the same are provided to improve power generation efficiency by improving an ultraviolet shielding property. CONSTITUTION: A barrier layer consists of a multilayered polyester film or a fluorine film. Quantum dots(10) are formed by an adhesive dispersion coating. The quantum dots are formed between the polyester films or the fluorine films. The quantum dots are formed in the outermost surface touching air. PURPOSE: An adhesive composition for flexible circuit boards is provided to maintain long-term storage with acrylic adhesive under a quick press condition, to have excellent adhesion with flexible circuit board, and to improve weldability. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for flexible circuit board comprises 4-450 parts by weight of an epoxy hardening agent and phenol hardening agent; and 5-100.0 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin; and 100.0 parts by weight of polyurethane urea resin with an acid voalue of 5-50 mg KOH/g, which is obtained by a reaction of a urethane-based prepolymer with an isocyanate-terminated group and an amine group. An adhesive sheet(1) for attaching a flexible circuit board-reinforcing board consists of a first releasing sheet(12); an adhesive layer(11) spread on the first releasing sheet; and a second releasing sheet(12') laminated on the adhesive layer.

PURPOSE: An in-mold decoration polyester film is provided to prevent the contamination in a mold and to prevent blocking during a post process and to obtain excellent in-mold moldability by reducing the molding errors of an edge part. CONSTITUTION: An in-mold decoration polyester film comprises a polyester substrate film and an antistatic layer which is formed on one side of the substrate film and has an elongation deviation(maximum strength - minimum strength) in a film at a random direction of 6 kgf/mm^2 or less. The antistatic layer is formed by spreading an antistatic composition which is formed of 5-40 weight% of a cationic polymer, 0.1-15 weight% of a fluorine-based compound, 1-5 weight% of a particle, 5-20 weight% of a surfactant, and a residual solvent.

PURPOSE: A method for cutting double-sided adhesive films is provided to minimize the fault of a cut portion when the wide double-sided adhesive films are cut at a predetermined width. CONSTITUTION: In a method for cutting double-sided adhesive films(10), a rotary cutter(20) rotates at a high speed in a state where an upper blade(21) and a lower blade(23) are engaged. The double-sided adhesive films are supplied from one side of the rotary cutter to an arrow direction and are shear-cut by rotary blades(22,24) of the rotary cutter at a predetermined size.

PURPOSE: A high shielding foaming optical film, a manufacturing method thereof and a backlight unit for an LCD TV with the film are provided to implement an excellent brightness and have an excellent shielding power. CONSTITUTION: A coating liquid is prepared. A coating liquid is formed with 25 to 30 weight% of an acrylic binder resin, 2.5 to 3 weight% of an isocyanate hardening agent resin, 15 to 17 weight % of a chemical foaming agent, and 50 to 57.5 weight% of an organic solvent. The coating liquid is coated on one side or both sides of a plastic substrate film(1) surface. Among the coating liquid, the chemical foaming agent is heat-treated to be foamed and a bubble layer(2) is formed.

PURPOSE: An adhesive tape with a magnet-adhesive layer is provided to reduce process cost, to simplify a semiconductor package process, and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape comprises an adhesive layer formed on one side of the substrate film and a magnet-attached layer(2) spread on the other side of the substrate layer. The adhesive layer comprises 100.0 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer, 0.01-30 parts by weight of hardener, 0.05-30 parts by weight of an energy-curable acrylic oligomer, and 0.0-125 parts by weight of a photoinitiator. The molecular weight of the acrylic copolymer is 400,000-4,000,000. The adhesion of the adhesive layer is 1-350 gf/inch.

본 발명은 폴리락트산의 복합방사에 따른 친환경성 스판본드 부직포의 제조 방법과 이에 의해 제조된 부직포에 대한 것으로, 상기한 본 발명의 폴리락트산의 복합방사를 통한 친환경성 부직포는 폴리락트산과 폴리프로필렌 블렌드 방사를 통해 제조된 부직포에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 블렌딩을 위한 고분자 혼합물의 총중량 중 폴리락트산의 중량은 10 내지 25중량%이고, 폴리프로필렌의 중량은 65 내지 89중량%이며, 분산제의 중량은 1 내지 10중량%로 구성되는 폴리프로필렌/폴리락트산 블렌드 수지로 코어층을 형성해 이것을 총중량의 50 내지 80 중량%으로 형성하고 20 내지 50중량%의 식물유래 폴리에틸렌수지를 시스층으로 형성한 시스코어(sheath-core)형 필라멘트로 구성되어 지는 것임을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 폴리락트산의 복합방사를 통한 친환경성 스판본드 부직포 및 그 제조 방법은 폴리프로필렌과 폴리락트산의 블렌드를 코어층으로 하고 폴리에틸렌을 시스 층으로 복합방사하여 부직포를 제조하므로, 생산성과 기계적인 물성이 우수하면서 이산화탄소 배출량을 획기적으로 줄인 친환경성 스판본드 부직포를 제공하여 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하였다.
