Abstract: PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic part is provided to remove a step difference due to a first and a second inner electrode by forming a marginal dielectric layer with the same or similar height as the first and the second inner electrode. CONSTITUTION: Dielectric layers(111) are laminated on a ceramic body(110). Inner electrode layers(121,122) are formed in at least one surface of the dielectric layer. A marginal dielectric layer(113) is formed in a region where the inner electrode layers are not formed on one surface of the dielectric layer. The maximum grain size and the average grain size of the dielectric grain of the marginal dielectric layer are 3.0 or less. First and second outer electrodes(131,132) are formed on both surfaces of the ceramic body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high pressure dispersion apparatus is provided to prevent a powdery solid raw material from being agglomerated, and uniformly disperse and mix the solid raw material. CONSTITUTION: A high pressure dispersion apparatus includes a dispersion chamber(6) and a pressurizing part. The dispersion chamber is equipped with at least one micro slot(52) in which a moving material inserted inside the apparatus is mixed and dispersed by shear force. The pressurizing part pressurizes the dispersion chamber in order to generate the shear force inside the micro slot. The dispersion chamber includes a cylindrical housing(20) and plural dispersion cells(30) which are disc-shaped. The dispersion cells are placed to be adjacent to one another inside the housing, and form the micro slots. The dispersion cell includes at least one expansion cell(50) placed between path cells(40,40a,40b) placed at both sides of the housing. At least one through hole(42) is equipped inside the path cell. At least one micro slot is formed into a groove along the surface of the expansion cell. Both sides of the expansion cell are respectively equipped with at least one groove-shaped hub, and the hubs are connected by the micro slots. The through hole is placed at a position corresponding to the hub. The lengths of the micro slots are identical to one another. When plural expansion cells are placed inside the housing, the micro slots of the expansion cells are placed not to be overlapped with one another. The cross sectional area of the through hole is larger than that of the micro slot. An inlet(22) is equipped at one end of the housing, and an outlet(24) is equipped at the other end of the housing. The material is inserted the inlet. The material, which is mixed and dispersed through the dispersion cells, is discharged through the outlet.
