PURPOSE: A controller, an operating method thereof, and a memory system including the same are provided to improve error correction performance by correcting error bits. CONSTITUTION: A memory controller(30) controls a nonvolatile memory device(20). A command generating unit(31) generates a read command applied to the nonvolatile memory device. A buffer(32) receives the first page data outputted from the nonvolatile memory in response to a read command and the second page data including error position information corresponding to the first page data. A buffer combines a part of original data with the first page data based on error position information.
Abstract:
A method for preventing contamination of a process gas injection nozzle is provided to prevent particles from being formed in a process gas supply nozzle by continuously flowing purge gas like N2 gas and NF3 gas toward a process gas supply nozzle while the supply of process gas through the process gas supply nozzle stops. A semiconductor substrate having a silicon oxide layer is introduced into a process chamber of etch equipment(S300). Process gas for removing the silicon oxide layer is injected into the process chamber through the process gas supply nozzle(S302). Purge gas is firstly flowed through the process gas supply nozzle(S304). While the purge gas reacts with the silicon oxide layer to form reaction products, purge gas is secondly flowed through the process gas supply nozzle(S306). While the semiconductor substrate is heated, purge gas is thirdly flowed through the process gas supply nozzle(S308). The first, second and third flow processes for flowing the purge gas through the process gas supply nozzle can be performed continuously.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for sharing an FRIA(Frame Relay Interface Assembly) and a BSP(Board Support Package) capable of sharing the BSP in a BSS(Base Station Subsystem) of a mobile communication system is provided to prevent the waste of a memory by copying the BSP to a memory region shared between an MP(Main Processor) and a PC(Protocol Conversion) when initializing a hardware and performing the hardware initialization in the FRIA without composing a specific flash ROM in a PC unit. CONSTITUTION: A BSM(Base Station Management) starts a pSOS(302), and initializes an MP unit and PC units(304). The MP unit and the PC units check a port size of a flash ROM(306). If the port size of the flash ROM is 8 bits(308), the MP unit runs a BSP code corresponding to the MP unit among BSP codes stored in an MP unit flash ROM and initializes hardware devices connected to the MP unit(310). If the port size of the flash ROM is 16 bits(312), the PC units run a BSP code corresponding to the PC units among BSP codes copied in the DPRAMs and initialize hardware devices connected to the PC units(314).
