CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cathode electrodes(215) is formed on a substrate. A fiber type emitter is provided on a cathode electrode. A plurality of conductive fibers has a braided structure. A carbon nanotube is formed on the surface of conductive fibers. The fiber type emitter(220) comprises the conductive fiber and the carbon nanotube. A first insulation layer is formed on substrate between the cathode electrodes. A plurality of gate electrodes(230) is formed on the first insulation layer in order to cross with the cathode electrodes.
