    Abstract: 처리 용량을 종래에 비해 증가시킬 수 있는 CDI(Capacitive deionization) 방식의 연수기가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 연수기는 경수가 유입되고 연수화된 경수가 배출되는 챔버와, 챔버 내부에 소정 간격을 두고 복수로 적층 마련되며 양전압과 음전압이 교대로 인가되면서 경수 성분의 이온이 연수 동작 시 흡착되고 재생 동작 시 탈착되는 전극부와, 재생 동작 시 전극부 사이의 간격을 축소하도록 마련되는 스퀴즈유닛을 포함한다. 따라서, 스퀴즈유닛이 재생 동작 시 전극부 사이의 간격을 축소시켜 전극부에 흡착되어 있던 이온이 탈착되는 것을 돕기 때문에, 연수 및 재생 시 소요되는 시간이 종래보다 짧아지게 되어 단위 시간에 처리할 수 있는 유량이 상대적으로 증가된다.
