PURPOSE: A correlated double sampling (CDS) circuit and an image sensor having the same are provided to efficiently reduce random noise without increasing its size. CONSTITUTION: A sampling unit (120) generates an output signal by performing CDS for a reset component and an image component included in an input signal provided from a pixel array based on a ramp signal. A timing controlled band-limitation (TCBL) unit (140) removes noise of the output signal based on a timing control signal activated respectively in a first comparison section and a second comparison section. First comparison operation for a ramp signal and a reset component of an input signal is performed in the first comparison section. Second comparison operation for the ramp signal and an image component of the input signal is performed in the second comparison section.

PURPOSE: A correlated double sampling (CDS) circuit, an image sensor including the same, and an image processing device including the image sensor are provided to increase sensitivity and a signal noise ratio by minimizing a loss of a pixel signal. CONSTITUTION: A correction circuit (141) receives a plurality of pixel signals through a first node and corrects the received pixel signals. A first input unit of a comparator (143) is connected to a second node and receives the corrected pixel signals outputs through the second node from the correction circuit. A second input unit of the comparator receives a lamp signal. The comparator outputs a comparison signal corresponding to a comparison result of the corrected pixel signals and the lamp signal. The correction circuit includes a first capacitor connected to the between of the first node and the second node and a metal line adjacent to the first capacitor. One or more capacitors are formed by the first capacitor and the metal line.

PURPOSE: An operational amplifier circuit, an image sensor including the same, and a method for compensating a frequency response of an operational amplifier are provided to output a high frequency signal by widening a bandwidth and implementing stability by adjusting capacitance according to a feedback gain. CONSTITUTION: An operational amplifier circuit includes a first operational amplifier(10), a second operational amplifier(20), a feedback block(30) and a variable compensation capacitor(Cc). The first operational amplifier differentially amplifies an input signal. A load capacitor and the variable compensation capacitor are connected to an output port of the first operational amplifier. The feedback block adds a feedback gain to the output of the first operational amplifier and then feeds back the result to the input of the first operational amplifier. The capacitance of the variable compensation capacitor varies on the basis of the feedback gain.

PURPOSE: An analog to digital converter, an image sensor including the same, and a method of converting analog to digital are provided to prevent the slope mismatch and the offset mismatch between lamp voltages by using one lamp voltage. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage selection unit(120) outputs a selection reference voltage by selecting one of a plurality of reference voltages based on selection control signals. A multiple input comparison unit(140) generates comparison result signals by comparing a selection reference voltage, a pixel output voltage, a lamp initial voltage, and a lamp voltage. A selection control signal generating unit(160) generates the selection control signal based on the comparison result signals and comparison mode signals. A digital signal generating unit(180) generates digital signals corresponding to the pixel output voltage based on the comparison result signals.
