본 발명은 휴대 단말기에서 사용자가 긴급 알림 서비스(SOS)를 제공하기 위하여 에스오에스 커버부를 슬라이딩 개폐할 수 있도록 구성한 휴대 단말기의 에스오에스 커버 개폐 장치에 관한 것으로서, 휴대 단말기의 에스오에스 커버 개폐 장치에 있어서, 슬라이딩 이동에 따라 단말기의 일부분을 개폐 시키는 에스오에스 커버부와, 상기 에스오에스 커버부를 안착하게 하는 리어 케이스부와, 상기 에스오에스 커버부에 고정 연결되어 상기 에스오에스 커버부를 일정 구간만 이동시키는 브라켓를 포함함을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라 사용자가 신속하게 에스오에스(SOS)를 요청할 수 있으며, 에스오에스 커버부를 슬라이딩 함으로써 종래와는 차별한 되는 디자인을 제공하는 효과가 있다. 휴대 단말기, 긴급 알림, 에스오에스 커버부, 리어 케이스부, 브라켓.

PURPOSE: An image processing device, a processing method thereof, and an image processing system having the same are provided to correct a illumination signal by applying weighting value to an input signal of a low-pass filter and an input signal of an illumination interpolation circuit and to improve image. CONSTITUTION: An image processing apparatus outputs a sub-sampled illumination signal from an input luminance signal(S51). The apparatus performs weighted LPF(Low Pass Filtering)] of the sub-sampled illumination signal(S53). The apparatus interpolates a filtered signal according to a comparison result of a filtered illumination signal and the input luminance signal(S55). The apparatus improves transient about the interpolated illumination signal(S57). The apparatus improves the stability of illumination of an improved pixel signal(S59).

PURPOSE: A signal transmission method in a wireless communication system is provided to change a transmission order of a packet signal according to the kind of corresponding packet signal. CONSTITUTION: A control unit determines whether a previously stored control signal exists in an PS(Protocol Stack) if a packet signal is a control signal(704,706). The control unit deletes the previously stored control signal from the PS queue if the previously stored control signal exists in the PS queue(710). The control unit stores a corresponding signal to the head of the PS queue(712).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for retransmitting data in a wireless communication system are provided to improve the throughput of a system by controlling the operation of automatic repeat request(ARQ) considering the operational state of hybrid-ARQ(HARQ). CONSTITUTION: The operational state information of an HARQ module(212) is confirmed according to the decay time of an ARQ timer(253, 255). Considering the operational state information of the HARQ module, the delay the generation of NACK information is determined(257). While the NACK information is delayed, the generation of the NACK information is delayed considering the operational state information of the HARQ module regardless of the decay of the ARQ timer.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for PDU delivery in a mobile communication system are provided to prevent call disconnection or resource loss related problem caused by the transmission of unnecessary data. CONSTITUTION: An MAC-ehs entity of a receiver loads an L field value(610), and decodes the highest 4 bits of the MAC-ehs SDU(620) if the L field value is 32 bits(620). When the value of the decodes highest 4 bits is 0001 or 0010, the MAC-ehs entity separates the RLC control PDU from the reordered PDU(625,630). The MAC-ehs entity provides the MAC-d entity with the RLC control PDU(635), and transfers the RLC control PDU to the RLC layer mapped on the LCH-ID(640).

An image forming device capable of managing files and a file management method thereof are provided to prevent other users from deleting or compiling the file by enabling a user to set an attribute to the file before or deter file generation, and transferring the file to a common data server. A user operation unit(112) sets an attribute and a file name to a first file to be generated, and inputs a location of a common data server(10) receiving the first file to be generated. A communication interface(140) transmits the set attribute and file name to the common data server before a document is scanned, and receives attribute information of a second file having the same file name as the first file from the common data server. A controller(170) generates a guide message for making a user use the file name depending on the attribute information of the second file. A display unit(114) displays the guide message. The controller generates the guide message informing the user that the file having the same file name as the first file is stored in the common data server, and the file name of the first file has to be changed.

A device and a method for setting a printing function of a network printer are provided to set the printing function of the new network printer easily without setting the network when the printer is replaced by forming a network circuit part in a removable type. A printer(20) includes a network circuit part(21) storing network printing information and is formed in a removable type. A host computer(10) includes a driver(11) for setting a printing function corresponding to the printer by communicating with the network circuit part. The network circuit part includes a non-volatile memory(24) for storing network setting information. The network circuit part is a network card electrically connected to the printer by using a removable connection pin. The network circuit part receives printing function list information from the new printer and transfers the printing function list information to the printer driver when the printer is replaced. The driver stores all printing function setting information for setting the printing function to all available printers and sets the printing function of the new printer according to the printing function setting information received from the network circuit part.

영상 신호의 수평 동기 추출을 위한 디지털 처리 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 상기 디지털 영상 신호 처리 장치에서는, 동기 레벨 검출부가 다이내믹스를 기반으로 수평 동기 위치와 수평 동기 레벨을 검출하고, 블랭크 레벨 검출부가 추정된 백 포치 구간의 블랭크 레벨을 검출한다. 이에 따라 임계치 생성부는 상기 추정된 수평 동기 레벨과 블랭크 레벨에 따라 임계치를 결정하여 갱신함으로써, 후보 마스킹부는 수평 동기 위치 결정을 위한 후보 다이내믹스를 결정하는 기준을 제공한다.
