PURPOSE: A multiple antenna reception apparatus and method thereof are provided to acquire SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) gains and diversity gains according to wireless channel environment by executing a linear or a non-linear processing for received signals in a low complex on-off key modulation system. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(110) receives on-off keying-modulated signals through plural reception antennas. A detection unit(120) detects an envelope for the received signals. A composition unit(130) executes a non-linear processing and a linear processing for the envelopes. The composition unit composes the created signals. A message determination unit(140) determines message values of the on-off keying modulated signals.

PURPOSE: An adaptive transmission power control apparatus for reducing electromagnetic interference in a wireless power transmission system and a method thereof are provided to reduce and eliminate electromagnetic interference phenomena affecting near electronic devices, thereby preventing unnecessary malfunction affecting the near electronic devices. CONSTITUTION: A receiving part(310) receives information related to electromagnetic interference affecting near electronic devices. A power transmission control part(320) performs a power transmission control process which considers the electromagnetic interference. The power transmission control part includes a transmission power reduction part which reduces a power amount which is being wirelessly transmitted. A wireless transmission part(330) wirelessly transmits power according to the power transmission control process and information with respect to the power transmission control process. The information with respect to the power transmission control process includes a matching parameter comprising the wireless transmission part.

PURPOSE: A communication apparatus for transmitting information using a multi-frequency and a method thereof are provided to allocate a frequency band for the transmission of data and control information. CONSTITUTION: A determination unit determines a current communication mode(S720), and a control unit allocates a frequency band for data and control information(S730). The control unit transfers the control information through an allocated frequency band(S740), and the determination unit determines the maintenance or change of the current communication mode(S750). According to the changed communication mode, the control unit allocates the frequency band for the data and the control information. The control unit transfers the control information through the allocated frequency band(S770).

A transmission device for determining data transmission time of the transmission device and a relay and data transmission power and a radio transmission method using the transmission device are provided to increase communication quality by operating a terminal receiving data. A controller(330) selects one of one or more data transmitting path based on status information of a received radio channel. A transmission unit(310) transmits data to the relay positioned on data transmission path in a first time interval not overlapping with a second time interval which transmits data to a receiving apparatus.

An apparatus for determining a data transmission mode and a method thereof are provided to maintain the advantage of a closed loop communication control mode applied to a multi-user MIMO system and reduce the feedback load within a system. An apparatus for determining a data transmission mode comprises the followings: a candidate set generating unit(510) which generates candidate sets of user terminals in which channel vectors corresponding to each user terminal are orthogonal to reference user terminal selected from a plurality of user terminals; and a data transmission mode decision part(520) which selects the optimum candidate set having the highest total transmission rate among the candidate sets, and the generates a beam forming vector for the selected optimum candidate set.

A data transmitting/receiving device in a closed loop-type multi-antenna system and a method thereof are provided to enable a receiving device to configure feedback information by only common channel quality information and optimal channel quality information, thereby reducing the amount of feedback information. Channel quality information on each data stream is obtained through channel estimation for a receiving signal(310). At least one piece of channel quality information is selected by good sequence from the obtained channel quality information(312). Common channel quality information is calculated by using the obtained channel quality information(314). Indexes of the common channel quality information, the one channel quality information, data streams corresponding to the one channel quality information are transmitted to a transmission side as feedback information(316).

PURPOSE: An insulating ring of an electrostatic chuck is provided to prevent an omission of a polymer by equaling a thermal expansion coefficient in every part of a body, to reduce processing numbers at an assembling and disassembling, and to minimize a damage by fragile property generated at a management after disassembling. CONSTITUTION: An insulating ring(700) is molded in a circular body to be installed by shielding an external circumference of an electrostatic chuck(15) placed a wafer inside a chamber using a ceramic of single material. The ceramic material formed the insulating ring(700) has the high thermal conductivity, cuts the heat generated by a plasma reaction inside the chamber directly into the electrostatic chuck(15), and conducts the heat into the electrostatic chuck(15) with a thermal gradient. Because the whole body of the insulating ring(700) is formed with the single material having the same thermal conductivity, a uniform etching of the wafer is performed by equaling the heat distribution of the electrostatic chuck(15). The standard of the insulating ring(700) is a 280mm, a 231mm inner diameter, a 41mm thickness of longest distance, and a 14mm thickness of shortest distance.

PURPOSE: A device for dry etching is provided to improve sealing effect by increasing contacting surface, to easily assemble, and to prevent a deviation while assembling. CONSTITUTION: A device for dry etching contains an electrode base(40) of upper part, a chamber wall(42), and an electrode(44) of upper part located under the electrode base of upper part for being supported by the chamber wall. Herein, the contacting part of the upper electrode and the chamber wall is completely attached without a gap. Therefore, the flat surfaces of the upper electrode and the chamber wall are attached for improving sealing effect. Herein, the most part of a screw cover(48) for fixing is in an inner wall(46) while projecting a certain part to upward for being inserted to the upper electrode while assembling the upper electrode and the chamber wall. Also, the upper electrode contains a groove for corresponding to the inner wall.

이중수신구조를이용하여신호를수신하는장치및 방법이제공된다. 일실시예에따르면, 미리정한대역에인접한인접대역과연관된간섭정보(interference information)에기초하여제1 수신부및 제2 수신부중 하나를선택하고, 수신제어부의선택에응답하여제1 Q값을갖도록설계된제1 수신부및 제2 Q값을갖도록설계된제2 수신부중 하나를통해미리정한대역의신호를수신할수 있다. 이때, 제2 Q값은제1 Q값보다클 수있다.
