본 발명은 구조물(S)에 설치되어 강선로프(W)를 긴장시키는 긴장장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 구조물(S)에 고정되는 돌출판(51)을 갖는 정착기(50); 상기 정착기(50)에 체결되는 나사봉(62); 상기 나사봉(62)에 끼워져서 상기 돌출판(51)과 이격되고, 상기 강선로프(W)가 관통하는 반력판(64); 상기 반력판(64) 및 돌출판(51) 사이에 개재되어 길이가 신장되면서 반력판(64)을 가압하여 이동시키는 이동부재(70); 상기 반력판(64)과 함께 이동하면서 상기 강선로프(W)를 견인하는 견인구(80) 및; 상기 견인구(80)와 함께 이동한 상기 반력판(64)을 고정하는 고정구(90);를 포함한다. 본 발명은, 상기 이동부재(70)의 신장력을 이용하여 상기 강선로프(W)를 용이하게 긴장시킬 수 있다.
Abstract:
A tensioning apparatus for a steel wire rope is provided to tension the steel wire rope strongly in small/narrow work space by being inserted into the small/narrow space formed at the end part of the steel wire rope. A tensioning apparatus for a steel wire rope comprises: an anchorage(50) in which a projection plate(51) which the steel wire rope passes though at one side is formed and which is unitarily fixed to the structure; a plurality of screw rods(62) in which one end is connected to the anchorage; a reaction plate(64) which is inserted into the screw rod and which is parallel to the projection plate at regular intervals and which the steel wire rope passes; a movable member(70) which is interposed between the reaction plate and the projection plate, and pressing the reaction plate with extending the length and moving along the screw rod; a traction device(80) moving with the reaction plate due to the movable member with griping the steel wire rope and towing the steel wire rope; and a fixture fixing the reaction plate moving with the traction device on the moved location.

A common duct and an installation method thereof are provided to connect common duct units accurately by using a connection hole and a connection member. A common duct includes a plurality of common duct units(U). Each common duct unit includes a main body(10), a plurality of supporting members(20), a connection hole(30) and a plurality of connecting members(40). The main body is comprised of front and rear opening units, a lower part, a lateral part, and an upper part. The plurality of supporting members are formed in the front and rear opening parts of the main body in order to install a wire, a pipe or a hose in the main body. The connection hole is formed in the supporting member. The connecting member is inserted into the connection hole in order to connect the common duct units.

An overspeed warning device for a highway is provided to prevent overspeed of vehicles by providing an optical illusion to a driver. A power supply unit(10) supplies a power source by a self generation. A plurality of light emitting display units(20) is operated by a power source supplied in the power supply unit, and is installed on a highway into a fixed interval. A controller(30) controls the light emitting display units by controlling the power source of the power supply unit. A generator(12) generates a power source by using a natural energy. A voltage regulator(14) receives an electricity generated in the generator, and controls the electricity into a set voltage. An electric condenser(16) charges a controlled electricity. A power distribution box(18) supplies one electricity among the controlled electricity and a charged electricity to the controller.

A concrete structure repair method is provided to gain a excellent reinforcement structure and tensile strength, and to improve the reliability and safety. A concrete structure repair method comprises a plurality of studs(10) which is fixed respectively vertical to each surface of the repair region and fixed to each reinforcing position of the concrete structure repair region to the respective other depth, a wire(20) which is tied in each stud fixed to repair region to the mesh type and is reinforced with connection, repair concrete or the mortar(30) which are attached and fixed to the whole surface of the repair region and attached and fixed to each stud and wire.

A jacket-supporting type anchoring-device and a method for constructing beams for bridge using same are provided to support and hold a beam stably by forming first and second support member on a base integrally. A jacket-supporting type anchoring-device comprises a base(10), a first support member(20), second support members(30), and an anchoring board(40). The base sustains one bottom ends of a beam. The first support member, which is integrally formed at the back of the base, supports one end section of the beam. The second support members are integrally formed at two lateral parts of the base and contact with the first support member. The second support members are fixed to the beam and support two lateral parts of the beam. The anchoring board extends down from the bottom of the base. The end of a strand for prestressing the beam is fixed to the anchoring board.
