Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a flexible substrate, and a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for the flexible substrates. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a UV-hardened reinforcing member by a UV-hardening material is formed at the inside of a substrate body heat cured by PDMS material. Therefore, the flexible substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention can obtain the enough tear strength with the flexibility to prevent the flexible substrate from being torn by an external shock.

전계발광소자 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전계발광소자는 제1 투명 기판, 투명 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극, 제1 전극 상에 형성되고, 형광체 분말을 함유한 프리폴리머 조성물에 UV 광을 조사하여 형성된 발광층 및 절연층, 상기 절연층 상에 형성된 제2 전극을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A polymer display element and method for manufacturing the same are provided to have a low manufacturing cost while having an excellent durability and have excellent otpical usage efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A liquid silicon display element(200) includes as follows. A lower silicon substrate(20). An upper transparent substrate(30) which is arranged to be separated with a lower silicon substrate. An liquid crystal structure material(40) is arranged between the lower silicon substrate and the upper transparent substrate. The lower silicon substrate includes as follows. A circuit layer(210) includes a driving circuit which operates the display element. A reflective layer(220) reflects the light which entered from an external side and is arranged on the circuit layer. The protective layer(230) prevent the damage of the reflective layer by locating on the reflective layer. The polymer is covered to the lower silicon substrate. A polymer disperse liquid crystal layer is arranged on the polymer layer.
