Abstract:
본 발명은 항균 활성을 가지는 항균 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기존에 알려진 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열에서 N-말단으로부터 9번 및 12번째 아미노산에 위치한 이소루신(Isoleucine, I)을 라이신(Lysine, K)으로 치환된 항균 펩타이드 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항균 펩타이드는 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항균 또는 방부용 조성물, 항생용 약학적 조성물, 병원성 세균감염의 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물, 항생용 식품첨가제로 제공될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial peptide is provided to be used as an antibacterial or antiseptic composition, an antibiotic pharmaceutical composition, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating pathogenic bacterial infection, and an antibiotic food additive. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial peptide is prepared by substituting 9th and 12th amino acids (isoleucine) from N-terminal in an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 with lysine. The peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 and has an antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria or gram-negative bacteria. The gram-negative bacteria are Escherichia coli or Proteus vulgaris. The gram-positive bacteria are Listeria monocytogenes or Staphylococcus epidermidis.

PURPOSE: A HPA3NT3-Chaetoceros salsugineum nuclear inclusion virus (CsNIV) capsid complex is provided to compensate for a weakness that water-soluble HPA3NT3 peptides are easily dissolved in sea water, thereby obtaining an anti-red tidal agent which is safe and useful in a marine eco-system. CONSTITUTION: A HPA3NT3-CsNIV capsid complex with an anti-red tide activity is prepared by loading an HPA3NT3 peptide with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3 in CsNIV capsid.
