Abstract: PURPOSE: A MOST(media oriented systems transport) network device and a MOST network using the same are provided to transmit data to different routes according to classified kind of data by transmitting and receiving optical signal data. CONSTITUTION: Network interface units(120,125) transmit and receive optical signal data. An input-output part(130) transfers data to a predetermined route according to a classified kind by classifying the kind of data. An outside host control unit(150) schedules the data which is inputted into the input-output part. A DLPM(Data Link Protocol Machine) part(170) transmits and receives the data received from the input-output part using an RTQ(Real Time Queue) or an NRTQ(Non Real Time Queue). The input-output part transmits the data inputted from the network interface to the NRTQ of the DLPM part. Abstract: PURPOSE: A drowsiness detection device and method thereof are provided to exactly detect sleepiness of drivers by increasing recognition ratio of an eye region even in a low-light state. CONSTITUTION: A drowsiness detection device comprises a photographing unit, a drowsiness determination unit(200), an anti- drowsiness driving unit. The photographing unit makes a video of drivers by using visible rays and transfers the video to the drowsiness determination unit. The drowsiness determination unit detects eye region and processes the video into signals. The drowsiness determination unit extracts linear components by doing Hough-transform on the detected eye region. The drowsiness state of the drivers is determined by the number of the linear components. The anti- drowsiness driving unit operates to prevent the drivers from sleeping if the drowsiness state is detected.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and method for processing vehicle sensor data using XML is provided to convert data format in a vehicle application system by amending only schema data not program code. CONSTITUTION: A device for processing vehicle sensor data using XML comprises a plurality of sensor for vehicles(110,111,112,113), a sensor transform part(120), a signal adjustor(130), an ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter, 140), a frame maker(150), a sensor data conversion part(160). A vehicle sensor senses the change of the physical quantity and offers the detection signal. The sensor transform part changes the detection signal of the vehicle sensor into the analog signal. The signal adjustor amplifies electronic analog signal to a measurable signal. ADC changes the amplified analog signal into the sensor data of the digital signal. The sensor data conversion part processes the sensor data inputted per each frame in a XML format.
