Provided are a polycarbonate resin composition which is excellent in chemical resistance, impact resistance and fluidity, and a molded product prepared from the composition. The polycarbonate resin composition comprises 80-98.5 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; 0.5-10 parts by weight of a syndiotactic polystyrene-based resin; 1-30 parts by weight of a core-shell graft copolymer; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid ester compound. Preferably the phosphoric acid ester compound is a phosphoric acid ester compound represented by the formula 1 or their mixture, wherein R1, R2, R4 and R5 are independently a C6-C20 aryl group or an alkyl-substituted C6-C20 aryl group; R3 is a C6-C30 aryl group or an alkyl-substituted c6-C30 aryl derivative; and l represents a degree of number average polymerization and has an average of 0-3.

Provided are an impact modifier which has a high refractive index, its preparation method, and a thermoplastic resin composition containing the impact modifier which is excellent in coloration and low temperature impact resistance. The impact modifier comprises a rubber core which is prepared by firstly swelling polymerizing a styrene-based aromatic compound in the presence of an organosiloxane crosslinked polymer particle having a particle size of 50-400 nm to prepare a polymer, adding an alkyl acrylate to the polymer to secondly swell it, and crosslinking polymerizing it; and a plastic shell which is a polymer or copolymer prepared by graft polymerizing a vinyl monomer on the rubber core. PURPOSE: A (meth)acrylic particle including a core-shell structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect a core-particle formed with a (meth)acrylic polymer with an organosilica shell, and to manufacture the particle without using an organic high polymer stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylic particle including a core-shell structure comprises the following steps: producing an aqueous solution containing a partially hydrolyzed silane compound, by adding water to a silane compound with organoalkoxysilane and tetraalkoxysilane; mixing a monomer compound with a (meth)acrylic monomer and a cross-polymerizable monomer, and a polymerization initiator to the aqueous solution; suspension polymerizing the mixture to form a core-particle formed with a (meth)acrylic polymer; and forming organosilicate shell surrounding the core-particle by condensing the partially hydrolyzed silane compound after adding an alkali material to the aqueous solution.

Disclosed herein is a silicone particle with excellent hydrophobic and alkali proof properties. The present invention provides a method of controlling surface hydroxyl groups by treating the surface of silicone particles with alkali metal ions or alkaline earth metal ions. The present invention also provides a coating composition using the silicone particle, in which the amount of hydroxyl groups present on the surface of the silicone particle can be controlled.

A method for preparing a toner, a toner prepared by the method, an image forming method using the toner, and an image formation apparatus are provided to control the dispersion of a colorant and a wax inside a particle size effectively and to lower a manufacturing cost. A method for preparing a toner comprises the steps of polymerizing a toner composition comprising a polymerizable monomer and a reactive wax to prepare a polymer binder resin latex particle; and mixing the latex particle with a colorant dispersion to coagulate it. Preferably the reactive wax is selected from the group consisting of the compound represented by the formula 1, the compound represented by the formula 2 and their mixture, wherein n is an integer of 4-20; and R' is H or a methyl group.

Provided is a polycarbonate-based thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in chemical resistance and impact resistance by using highly heat-resistant polycarbonate resin and a core-shell graft copolymer. The composition comprises 60-98 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; 1-30 parts by weight of a highly heat-resistant polycarbonate resin; and 0.5-30 parts by weight of a core-shell graft copolymer. Preferably the polycarbonate resin is selected from the group consisting of a linear polycarbonate, a branched polycarbonate and a polyester carbonate copolymer; and the core-shell graft copolymer is prepared by grafting a rubber selected from the group consisting of a C4-C6 diene-based rubber, an acrylate-based rubber, a silicone-based rubber and their mixture, and at least one material selected from the group consisting of a C1-C8 alkyl methacrylate, a C1-C8 methacrylic acid ester, maleic anhydride and a C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl nucleus-substituted maleimide.
