본 발명은 실리콘계 고무 및 알킬 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 코어, 및 무기 아크릴계 화합물을 포함하는 쉘의 코어-쉘 구조를 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체로 이루어지는 실리콘계 충격보강제를 제공한다. 상기 본 발명에 따른 실리콘계 충격보강제는 기존 물성을 유지하면서 굴절률이 향상되어 열가소성 수지 적용시 외관 특성이 우수하다.
Abstract:
폴리머 피복된 에어로겔을 확산제로 이용한 광확산필름에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 기재필름; 및 상기 기재필름의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 전부 또는 일부가 폴리머로 피복된 에어로겔을 포함하는 광확산층;을 포함하는 광확산필름을 제공한다. 상기 에어로겔은 외부 표면적의 1 내지100%가 폴리머로 피복되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 광확산층은 바인더 수지, 경화제, 용매 및 상기 폴리머로 피복된 에어로겔을 포함하여 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명은 내부에 기공을 포함하는 에어로 겔의 표면을 폴리머로 개질하고, 이를 광확산제로 이용함으로써, 광확산제를 소량 첨가하더라도 광학 특성이 우수한 광확산판을 제공하는 효과를 가져온다. 에어로겔, 확산제, 광확산필름

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising a graft copolymer having a core-shell structure with high refractivity is provided to ensure excellent appearance property and impact property. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin, (B) 45-55 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based resin, and (C) 10-20 parts by weight of a core-shell graft copolymer. The shell of the core-shell graft-copolymer comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of phenylmethacrylate, cyclohexylmethacrylate, benzylmethacrylate, and phenoxymethacrylate. The core is a rubber polymer in which C4-6 diene rubber, acrylate rubber and silicone rubber monomers are polymerized.

An inorganic filler is provided to reduce the amount of gas emission by effectively surface-treating the surface of inorganic particles with aromatic alcohol. An inorganic filler has a structure in which aromatic alcohol is chemically bonded on the surface of inorganic particles by reacting (A) inorganic particles having hydroxyl groups on the surface and (B) at least one of a functional group capable of chemical bond with the hydroxyl groups. The inorganic particles are one or more selected from metal, metal oxide or metal hydroxides, and has average particle diameter of 1 nm~100 micron and surface area of 0.001~1000 m^2/g.

A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to improve compatibility without separate compatibilizer, to ensure excellent scratch resistance while minimizing transparency and colorability degradation and to be applied to electric and electronic components or auto parts, lens, window etc. A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) polycarbonate resin 20-100 weight% and (B) branched (meth) acrylate copolymer resin 0-80 weight%. The branched (meth) acrylate copolymer resin comprises (b1) aromatic or aliphatic methacrylate 5-99.999 weight% represented by following chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2; (b2) polyfunctional unsaturated monomer 0-85 weight%; and (b3) a copolymer 0.001-10 weight% of a branched structure-forming monomer or a mixture of the copolymers.

Nanoparticles having flame retardancy and a preparation method thereof are provided to ensure excellent fire retardancy while maintaining the stabilized property of resin. Nanoparticles having flame retardancy has a structure that a phosphorus compound is chemically bonded on the surface of nano particles by reacting (A) colloidal nano particles having -OH on the surface and (B) a phosphorus compound having at least one functional group capable of being chemically bonded with the -OH group. The average particle diameter of the colloidal nano particles(A) is 1~300 nm, the surface area is 1~1000 m^2 / g, the number of -OH of the particle surface is 101~107 per a particle and pH is 1~12.

PURPOSE: A silicone-based impact modifier is provided to improve refractivity while maintaining existing properties and to ensure an excellent appearance property when applied to a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: A silicon-based impact modifier includes a graft-copolymer. The graft-copolymer comprises a core including a silicone-based rubber and alkyl acrylate, and a shell including inorganic acrylic compounds. The weight ratio of the shell to the core is 50:50-90:10. The core comprises 10-80 weight% of the silicone-based rubber and 20-90 weight% of alkyl acrylate. A thermoplastic resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin and 1-30 parts by weight of the silicon-based impact modifier.
