본명세서는라티폴린을유효성분으로서포함하는조성물에관한것이다. 이러한본 명세서의조성물은산화적스트레스로부터신경세포를보호하고, 신경세포의사멸을억제하는효과를나타낸다. 또한, 세포내에서산화적스트레스의증가로인해발생하는세포사멸을억제하는항산화효소의발현을증가시킬수 있다. 따라서, 본명세서의조성물은산화적스트레스로부터신경세포의사멸로인하여발생될수 있는 2차적질병을예방, 개선또는치료하는효과를나타낼수 있어약학또는식품조성물로서사용될수 있다.

The present invention relates to an extract of processed Panax genus plant obtained by maillard browning reaction of Panax genus extract with at least one amino acid selected from the group consisting of valine, arginine, and alanine at 100-130°C for 0.5-12 hours; a method for manufacturing the same; and a composition comprising the extract for anti-cancer, neuroprotection, inhibition of platelet aggregation, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, renal protection, or anti-fatigue. The present invention also provides an extract of processed Panax genus plant obtained by maillard browning reaction of Panax genus extrac with at least one amino acid selected from the group consisting of leucine and glutamine at 100-130°C for 0.1-12 hours; a method for manufacturing the same; and an anti-cancer composition comprising the extract.

PURPOSE: An amorphous turmeric extract and amorphous curcumin are provided through cooling below a melting point after heating a turmeric extract or curcumin to reach above the melting point. CONSTITUTION: An organic solvent extract of turmeric is obtained in a pure solution state by extracting turmeric with a solvent and filtering. The turmeric extract is heated at a range of 180-240 deg. C for 0.1-10 minutes, and amorphous curcumin is obtained by cooling with a temperature below 190 deg. C. A solubilization component of the turmeric extract includes an amorphous turmeric extract solution in which the amorphous turmeric extract is dissolved in a biocompatible solvent selected from one or more of a group composed of linear alcohol or branched alcohol with 1-4 carbons, poly ethylene glycol with 100-1,000 number average molecular weight, glycerol, acetic acid, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester. PURPOSE: A Panax species plant extract having the increased content of ginsenoside Rg5 and Rk1 by microwave irradiation, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composition containing the processed Panax species plant extract are provided to enhance an effect of Rg5 and Rk1 compared to an extract by simple thermal-processing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Panax species plant extract comprises: a step of irradiating Panax species plants or an extract thereof with microwaves. The Panax species plant or the extract contains more than 90% of Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 to the weight of ginsenoside Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1 and Rg5. The microwave irradiation is performed at 150-190 deg. C for 30-90 minutes while pressurizing. The microwave irradiation is performed under 2-100 atmospheric pressure.
