PURPOSE: A wig and a coil spring apparatus for attaching the wig are provided to effectively fix an artificial hair net to the hair of a wig wearer. CONSTITUTION: A wig using a shape memory alloy coil spring comprises wig hair, an artificial hair net, and a coil spring(100). In the artificial hair net, the wig hair is attached. The coil spring is made of shape memory alloy. The cross section of the coil spring is formed into an elliptic shape. The coil spring has ultimate tensile strength. The coil spring fixes the artificial hair net.

A coil spring having two-way shape memory effect, a manufacturing method thereof, and an adiabatic product using the same are provided to manufacture the coil spring in a simple and cheap method by forming precipitation aligned to a specific direction in the coil spring with solution heat treating and tempering. A coil spring having two-way shape memory effect is made of shape memory alloy in a coil shape, and includes precipitation aligned to a specific direction. The shape memory alloy consists of 50.2-52.0 at% of Ni and the remainder of Ti and an inevitable impurity. The precipitation is Ni4Ti3. A manufacturing method of the coil spring comprises the steps of: forming a coil spring by winding a wire made of the shape memory alloy to contact each other closely; solution heat treating the coil spring at 600-1200°C and quenching; and forming the precipitation aligned to a specific direction by tempering the coil spring at 350-600°C while extended.

A structure of a low noise saw and a low noise diamond saw are provided to achieve improved durability of the saw by eliminating the necessity of forming holes in a metal plate. A structure of a low noise saw includes a shank(12) made with a metal plate, and a damper(20) having a part which is spot-welded to one or both of the upper and lower surfaces of the shank. The shank has an outer circumferential surface with teeth of saw. One or both of the upper and lower surface of the shank have grooves(50,50') with thicknesses for accommodating the damper.

An amorphous powder core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to process the amorphous powder at a low pressure by increasing the coupling between powders by forming a rough surface on the amorphous powder. An amorphous powder is formed by curing the powder at a high speed. Copper is coated on the amorphous powder surface. The amorphous powder with the coated copper is oxidized, so that the copper oxide is formed on the surface thereof. An amorphous powder core is obtained by forming the amorphous powder with the copper oxide. The copper is applied on the amorphous powder with a thickness less than 1 um by using an electroless plating scheme. The oxidation of the electroless plating device is performed at a temperature higher than 400 degrees centigrade for less than 60 minutes.

PURPOSE: An NdFeB-family sintered magnet and method for manufacturing the same is provided to increase coercivity of the sintered magnet without decreasing the remanence and maximum energy product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing NdFeB-family sintered magnet, comprises a first step of preparing NdFeB-family alloy powder having a composition of Nd:29.00 to 33.00 weight percent, Dy:1.00 weight percent or lower, Al:0.30 weight percent or lower and B:0.91 to 1.20 weight percent or lower and Fe as a remaining part; a second step of mixing Ag powder with the NdFeB-family alloy powder, and ball milling the mixture powder; and a third step of compression molding the mixture powder, at the state where a magnetic field is applied, sintering the compression molded mixture powder and performing heat treatment to the resultant structure.
