    Abstract: PURPOSE: A recharge and charging system and a method for an electric vehicle using a mobile terminal are provided to correctly totalize an amount of electricity that is used for recharging an electric vehicle when the electric vehicle stops or drives, and to pay for the charge. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(130) transmits a control command to a recharge system(120) for controlling the power which is provided to a battery of the recharge system. The mobile terminal transmits the information of power quantity and the ID of an electric vehicle(110) to a communication company(140) while receiving information of power quantity and the ID of an electric vehicle from the recharge system and displaying the information of power quantity to a user. The mobile terminal receives monthly accounting information based on fee information about the measured power quantity from the communication company. The communication company transmits the received information of power quantity and the ID of the electric vehicle to an electricity company(150), receives the fee information about the measured power quantity for generating the monthly accounting information, and transmits the monthly accounting information to the mobile terminal(140). The electricity company provides power to the electric vehicle, receives the information of power quantity and the ID of the electric vehicle, and transmits the fee information about the consumed power quantity.     Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial intelligence system and an emotion generation method for the same are provided to generate 28 kinds of emotions of robots at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An emotion generation method for an artificial intelligence system is as follows. Mental and physical energies with respect to external stimulus are determined(S100). A determined energy state controls an emotion value by being fed back using the homeostasis of energy(S200).
