Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for providing an aspect level news browsing service that reduce a medium-bias effect and a method therefor are provided to extract an aspect from collected news information and group the news information according to the extracted aspect, thereby transmitting the news information according to the aspect through an aspect level browsing interface.
