    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method to diagnose gastric cancer by detecting the changes in the sugar chain, and to a kit to diagnose gastric cancer and, more specifically, to a method to diagnose gastric cancer based on the reduction of a high mannose structure of an N-sugar chain compared with a normal person in case of increasing fucosylation of an N-linked glycosylation of haptoglobin derived from a gastric cancer patient detected by a lectin or weight analysis method; and increasing or practically changing the structures of the specific sugar chain in accordance to an antennary division using a lectin or a weight analysis method as a diagnosis while the detected N-sugar chain structures uses lectin or weight analysis method as a diagnosis marker, and to a kit diagnosing gastric cancer.

    Abstract translation: 本发明涉及通过检测糖链的变化来诊断胃癌的方法,以及用于诊断胃癌的试剂盒,更具体地,涉及一种基于降低高甘露糖结构的方法来诊断胃癌 在通过凝集素或重量分析方法检测的来自胃癌患者的触珠蛋白的N-连接糖基化的岩藻糖基化增加的情况下与正常人相比的N-糖链; 并且使用凝集素或重量分析方法作为诊断来增加或实际地改变特定糖链的结构,同时检测到的N-糖链结构使用凝集素或重量分析方法作为诊断标记,并且 一套诊断胃癌的试剂盒。
