Abstract: PURPOSE: A skewed rotor of a permanent magnet motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs of a rotor core using one core mold. CONSTITUTION: A rotor includes a rotor body(12) and a rotor core(10). A slot(13) is formed on the rotor body. A rotor core is arranged on the center of the rotor body. A permanent magnet(15) is inserted into the hole of the rotor core. A shaft(16) is arranged in the center of the shaft. A plurality of rivet holes(11) is formed on the rotor core. The correct position of the rivet hole is set to 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270 or 360 degrees based on the rotor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process by eliminating a process of pressing a rotary shaft manufactured in a manufacturing process of a rotor inside the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor core comprises a plurality of slots(125). The slots are separated along a peripheral direction of the edge of a cylindrical body. The slots are formed along an axial direction. A rotary shaft is formed in the rotor core in a body. An integrated rotor core(121) includes the rotor core and the rotary shaft which is formed in the rotor core in a body. A short-circuit ring is combined in both ends of the integrated rotor core. A plurality of conductor bars are filled inside the slots.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A squirrel cage rotor of an induction motor is provided to control a second resistance value by controlling the amount of the aluminum used for a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor core(121) is formed into a first core and a second core which are laminated by turns. The first core is formed by laminating a plurality of steel sheets with a plurality of slots(125). The slots are formed along an axial direction in the edge of a cylindrical steel sheet. The second core is formed by laminating a plurality of steel sheets which have a plurality of slots which has a different slot from a slot of the first core. The slots are formed in the axial direction in the edge of the cylindrical steel sheet. A rotary shaft(130) is combined in the central part of the rotor core. A short-circuit ring(124) is arranged in both end parts of the rotor core.

Abstract: A magnetic flux reverse type flat device is provided to manufacture a device of high output and high efficiency unit volume by connecting a flat stator and a rotor into an axial direction. A stator(10) and a rotor(11) are parallel arranged. A plurality of stator teeth(12) is formed in the stator. A permanent magnet(13) is installed in an end part of the stator teeth. The rotor teeth(16) form a gap, and are protruded in the rotor into an axial direction. A groove of an end part of the stator teeth has a wedge shape. Abstract: A switch clamped multi level inverter is provided to reduce ripple of harmonics and a load current by increasing the level of an output voltage. A switch clamped 3-level inverter includes first to fourth switches(21-24) and a DC link capacitor(25). The first to third switches are serially connected. The second and fourth switches are serially connected to a neutral point of the first switch and the third switch. The first to third switches are the same kind of switches. The rated voltage of the fourth switch is twice as much as the rated voltage of the first to third switches.

Abstract: A structure for fixing a stator in an axial flux motor is provided to prevent a ripple of a motor's torque and a decline of efficiency, to easily manufacture a stator and to reduce a manufacturing cost. A structure for fixing a stator in an axial flux motor includes a disk type core(11), a plurality of tooth cores(13), a stator frame, and an outside ring. The plurality of tooth cores are assembled in a predetermined interval according to a circumference of the disk type core. An assembly of the disk type core and the tooth cores are assembled so as to be mounted on a top of the stator frame. The outside ring is installed on a top surface of the stator frame. An inside surface of the outside ring is closely adhered to the circumference surface of the disk type core in an external diameter of the disk type core in a state of being mounted on the top side of the stator frame by the assembly. The outside ring is fixed and installed by being connected to the stator frame with a bolt in a state of being inserted into a cylindrical ring mounting groove formed on the top surface of the stator frame.

Abstract: A non-contact transformer is provided to increase energy transfer efficiency and to improve quality of an output voltage, by improving a coupling coefficient of a track of the whole non-contact transformer. A primary transformer(10) includes a primary winding resistor(11) and a primary leakage inductance(12) and a primary mutual inductance(13) connected to the winding resistor(11) serially. A secondary transformer(20) is connected to the primary transformer through magnetic non-contact type, and includes a secondary winding resistor(21) and a secondary leakage inductance(22) and a secondary mutual inductance(23) connected to the winding resistor serially. The first transformer includes a first resonant unit cancelling the primary leakage inductance. The second transformer includes a second resonant unit cancelling the secondary leakage inductance.
