Abstract: The present invention relates to a magnetically levitated transportation system which transports a display product to processes in an in-line type OLED manufacturing facility. By realizing a new type of a magnetically levitated transportation method which operates by placing a magnetically levitated module in the upper part and a linear propulsion module in the lower part and placing an electromagnet core and a permanent magnet on a tray, the magnetically levitated transportation system can protect a product, for example, protecting a display product on a transporting tray from thermal influence, and can improve the efficiency of transportation. In addition, by realizing a new type of a magnetically levitated transportation method which combines a rotating module associated with the magnetically levitated module and the linear propulsion module placed in the upper and lower parts, the magnetically levitated transportation system can implement an automated method where transportation of the tray between processes is continuously circulated, thereby increasing efficiency related to the transportation of display products and the processing of processes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnetic sensor is provided to accurately detect the position of a tooth slot core by detecting change amount of magnetic flux density generated by a tooth slot structure when a motor is moved and by reducing a total harmonization distortion factor of sine waves and cosine waves. CONSTITUTION: A motor stator(10) has a periodic tooth slot structure(11). A first single sensor module(20a) and a second single sensor module(20b) are separated from one side of the motor stator as a first air gap. The first single sensor module and the second single sensor module form phase difference of 90degrees and outputs sine waves and cosine waves. A third single sensor module(20c) and a fourth single sensor module(20d) are separated from the other side of the motor stator as a second air gap. The third single sensor module and the fourth single sensor module form the phase difference of 90degrees and outputs sine waves and cosine waves.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fatigue testing device capable of compensating the weight of an actuator is provided to constitute a device of high speed and high precision by applying a transverse flux linear motor capable of controlling thrust in various ways as an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A fatigue testing device capable of compensating the weight of an actuator comprises a body and a jig. An actuator for adding loads on a specimen is installed on the body. The actuator comprises an actuator rod(110), a frame(120), a transverse flux linear motor(130), a thrust compensating device(170), and a controller. The actuator rod connected to the jig is vertically operated by the transverse flux linear motor and transmits the thrust generated by the transverse flux linear motor to the testing piece, thereby applying tensile and compression loads. Front and rear locations of the frame with respect to a progressive direction of the actuator rod are fixed in the inside of the body. The transverse flux linear motor is arranged in between the actuator rod and frame, thereby moving back and forth the actuator rod back and forth from the frame. The thrust compensating device provides loads for compensating the load of the actuator rod, thereby compensating the load transferred to the specimen as much as the load of the weight of the actuator rod.

Abstract: An inner rotor type permanent magnet excited transverse flux motor is provided to achieve a high output and to increase power generation efficiency by applying an axial direction and/or radiation type lamination structure to a powder core of a stator. An inner rotor type permanent magnet excited transverse flux motor includes a pair of segmented stators(4) and a rotor(7). The segmented stator includes a segmented stator powder core(1), segmented stator lamination cores(2), and segmented stator windings(3). The pair of segmented stator are disposed to be opposed to each other. The rotor includes a rotor permanent magnet(5) and a rotor powder core(6). The segmented stator lamination cores are positioned by a predetermined gap on upper and lower layers in the segmented stator powder core. The joined plies of segmented stator windings on which a current flows are wound between the gap.

Abstract: A permanent magnetic excited transverse flux linear motor is provided to enhance operation efficiency at a high speed region of a high source frequency by minimizing a core loss of the motor. A transverse flux motor includes a rotor unit(10) and a stator unit(20). The rotor unit includes a rotor permanent magnet(11), a permanent magnet core(12), and a permanent magnet winding(13). The rotor permanent magnet has a T-like shape and arranged in a length direction of the rotor unit. The permanent magnet core is normally laminated on the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet winding winds around the movement permanent magnet and the rotor core. The stator unit includes a stator frame core(21), a stator side core(22), and a stator lower core(23). The stator frame core has a U-like shape. The convexo-concave stator side cores are arranged at both sides and a lower side of the stator frame core.
