The present invention relates to a method for controlling access of an unlicensed WLAN AP by a system for controlling access of an unlicensed WLAN AP, including steps of transmitting MAC addresses of APs, to which WLAN controller can access, to an open-flow controller by a WLAN controller, and storing the MAC addresses of the APs in a database by the open-flow controller; receiving and adding the MAC addresses to a flow entry of a flow table, and reporting an access port of the MAC addresses to the open-flow controller by an open-flow switch; recognizing that the switch is accessed through an MAC address which is not included in the flow entry to discard a packet by the switch when an ARP request message is transferred to the switch based on the access attempt of the unlicensed AP, and transmitting a discarded history to the open flow controller; and transmitting the discarded history to the WLAN controller by the open-flow controller.

PURPOSE: A vehicle information providing apparatus is provided to enable a driver or a vehicle management service provider to conveniently recognize information for a vehicle by conveniently providing information for the vehicles. CONSTITUTION: Diverse vehicle information is collected by using REST HTTP(REpresentational State Transfer HyperText Transfer Protocol) based technology. An update unit(102) updates the information of the vehicle by using an REST HRRP method from one or more vehicles when events are periodically generated. A vehicle information control unit(103) transmits the updated vehicle information to an external apparatus by using the REST HTTP method when a signal for requesting the vehicle information is received from the external apparatus.

PURPOSE: A method for protecting a network from a DDoS attack is provided to efficiently and stably use national communication network resources. CONSTITUTION: A local server gets DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attacker information from an agent or other local servers(700). If the acquired DDoS attacker information exists within the access allowable information, the local server refuses the internet access of the corresponding node(710,720). The local server registers the DDoS attacker information in the access allowable information(730). The local server spreads the DDoS attacker information to other local servers(740).

PURPOSE: A device and a method for searching semantic service are provided to integrally search a service analyzed through a user query, thereby providing an optimum service to a user. CONSTITUTION: A semantic service search unit(300) analyzes a user query through I/O managemtn unit(200). Based on ontology, the semantic service search unit analyzes semantic information about analyzed user query through a database(600). A semantic service search unit generates query for service search. The semantic service search unit changes the query to ontology query. A dynamic service recommendation unit(700) possessively recommends a service according to a user situation.

본 발명에 의한 통신단말기를 이용한 번호이동성 제공 방법은 착신번호와 그 착신번호의 이동정보 및 루팅번호를 포함하는 정보를 수집하여 데이터베이스화하는 단계; 연결하고자 하는 착신번호를 입력받는 단계; 상기 착신번호에 대응하는 루팅번호를 상기 데이터베이스에서 검색하는 단계; 및 상기 검색 결과 상기 착신번호가 번호이동되지 않은 경우에는 착신번호만 발신하고, 번호이동된 경우이면 상기 루팅번호를 포함하여 발신하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 번호이동 서비스로 인한 부가적으로 수행되는 데이터베이스 질의나 호루팅과 같은 망자원의 사용을 효율적으로 줄임으로써 번호이동 서비스 제공에 따른 사업자의 자원 절감을 꾀할 수 있고, 개별 사업자 입장에서는 호 설정 시간 감소로 인해 발신을 시도하는 자사 가입자에게 서비스 품질 향상을 할 수 있으므로, 궁극적으로 번호이동성 서비스 실시에 따른 가입자의 사업자 변경을 막을 수 있는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing a 2G(Generation) CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) SS(Supplementary Service) in a UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems) and a method therefor are provided to define a process procedure of a USSD(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) message in an HLR(Home Location Register) and a GSM(Global System for Mobile communication) SCF(Service Control Function) and offer the 2G SS in the UMTS. CONSTITUTION: An HLR(33) has a USSD processor(33-1) for transmitting and receiving USSD with a subscriber terminal and confirming the type of the received USSD, and a USSD adjuster(33-2) for transmitting and receiving the USSD with the USSD processor(33-1), analyzing the USSD data received from the subscriber terminal, and confirms whether a subscriber of the subscriber terminal joins a 2G SS. If the subscriber of the subscriber terminal joins the 2G SS, the USSD adjuster(33-2) composes a USSD string, and transmits the USSD string to a GSM SCF(50). The HLR(33) has a subscriber data connection unit(33-4) for reading subscriber information of a subscriber database(33-5) by the request of the USSD adjuster(33-2), and an interface unit(33-3) for communicating with the GSM SCF(50). The GSM SCF(50) has an interface unit for communicating with the HLR(33), and a USSD analyzer(55-2) for analyzing the USSD string received through the interface unit(55-1) and extracting the type of a service control command and service information associated with the type of the service control command. The GSM SCF(50) has a service data control unit(55-4) for instructing a service database(55-7) according to the analyzed type of the service control command and receiving a response according to the instruction, and a USSD answerer(55-3) for composing a result USSD message according to the response received from the service data control unit(55-4) and transmitting the result USSD message to the HLR(33) through the interface unit(55-1). The GSM SCF(50) has a 2G SS logic(55-6) for performing a necessary service operation by service data stored in the service database(55-7).

PURPOSE: A method for inspecting data in a local service management system for a number portability is provided to prevent a wrong operation of a number portability service by processing and solving the inconsistency of data generated between an LSMS and an SCP. CONSTITUTION: A data inspection is operated by a system timer according to a request of an operator and an inspection interval(401). An M-GET operation message of a CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) is transmitted(402). A response to the M-GET operation message is received(403). A catalog of subscriber data is stored(404). The subscriber data relevant to the catalog is asked of an LSMS database(405). In case that the result is received(406), the result is compared with the subscriber data catalog(407). It is judged whether an inconsistency of data(408). In case that there's the inconsistency, the result is transmitted through a graphic user interface function unit(409). A catalog of the inconsistency is displayed on a user screen(410). It is judged whether the operator solves the inconsistency(411). An M-SET operation message of the CMIP is transmitted(412). When a response message is received(413), the operator notifies that data are changed through the graphic user interface function unit(414).

본 발명은 어떠한 절체함수 하에서도 자동적으로 숨겨진 층의 요구되는 스레숄드(thershold) 요소의 수를 결정하며 확실하게 수렴되는 3층의 스레숄드 망을 위한 학습 알고리듬을 통하여 디지털 VLSI 기술로 제안된 3층의 스레숄드 망의 합성방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징은 스래숄드 망의 합성방법에 있어서, 망 입력과 출력을 갖는 3계층의 스레숄드 망을 제공하고, 결정된 숨겨진 계층 내에서 요구되는 스레숄드 요소의 수를 가지는 수렴이 보장된 각 스레숄드 요소의 가중치와 스레숄드의 집합을 보장하는 기하학적 확장 학습알고리듬을 포함하여, 어떠한 함수에 대해서도 수렴이 보장되어지며, 3계층으로 된 데에 있으므로, 본 발명은 어떠한 절체함수하에서도 자동적으로 숨겨진 층의 요구되는 스레숄드 요소의 수를 결정하며 확실하게 수렴되는 3층의 스레숄드 망을 학습알고리듬을 통하여 VLSI 기술로 제안된 3층의 스레숄드 망을 구축할 수 있다는 데에 그 효과가 있다.
