Abstract: 본 발명은 안테나(11)를 통하여 입력된 신호를 수신기(12)로 수신하여 수신기의 중간 주파수 출력을 주파수 변환기(13)를 사용하여 주파수를 변환하고 A/D변환기(14)를 사용하여 A/D 변환시킨후 PC(5)에서 상기 A/D변환된 신호의 주파수를 검출하는 시스템에서의 주파수 검출 방법에 있어서, 상기 A/D변환된 신호를 대역통과 여파기를 이용해 대역 제한한 후 신호의 영(zero)교차점을 검출하는 제1 단계 및, 상기 제1 단계후 상기 검출된 영교차점을 선형 보관한 뒤 신호의 주파수를 계산하는 제2 단계를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 검출 방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: The dynamic cell region managing method is comprised of a first base station(20A) transmitting a requirement signal to reduce a cell region to a controlling part(10) of the base station concerned upon sudden traffic being generated; a base station general resource managing part(2f) of the base station general controlling part(10) receiving the requirement signal of the first base station to check possibility that a service-not-available region is generated upon requirement allowance with respect to the requirement signal; in case that it is determined that there is no possibility that the service-not-available region is generated, the base station general resource managing part(2f) transmitting the allowance signal allowing the requirement signal of the first base station to the first base station(20A), thereby the first base station which received the allowance signal reducing the cell region, transferring a surplus amount of the traffic to an adjacent cell region.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus to process an electric wave signal utilizing a transputer. The apparatus comprises a host computer, a central processing means, a receiving means, a frequency converting means, an analog to digital converter, a band dividing means, many digital signal processors and a transputer network. The central processing means controls operation of frequency receiving to determine whole scanning frequency band which is setted by the host computer. The receiving means receives the frequency according to control of the central processing means. The frequency converting means converts the frequency from the receiving means to be in the low band. The analog to digital converter converts the output of frequency converting means into a digital signal. The band dividing means divides the output of analog to digital converter into many bands. The digital signal processors performs the Fast Fourier Transform with the band signals from the band dividing means. The transputer network parallely processes the signals from the digital signal processors, and sens to the processed signals to the host computer. Thereby, the frequency converters can be reduced, band can be simply extended by the transputer network, and the processing time can be reduced.

Abstract: The CDMA-TO-CDMA heterogeneous frequency handoff time point determining method in CDMA cellular phone system comprises the steps of: continually comparing strength of a signal received from a corresponding mobile station in a base station which is in a communication state with an arbitrary mobile station with a predetermined threshold value; if the strength of signal received falls down the threshold value, transmitting a control signal to the corresponding mobile station to thereby measure the strength of the received signal; comparing the threshold value and the strength of control signal received; and if the strength of received control signal falls down the threshold value, informing the corresponding base station of a handoff time point.
