Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring the operational temperature of a heater circuit is provided to simply and easily measure the operational temperature of a heater circuit equipped with a low-temperature thermostat. CONSTITUTION: An ambient temperature of a low-temperature thermostat is lowered by using evaporation heat of a dry ice(6). Thus, power is supplied to a heater(2) so that the temperature of the heater(2) is increased. If the temperature of the heater(2) exceeds the temperature of the thermostat(3), power applied to the heater(2) is shielded so that the heater(2) is again cooled. In order to lower the temperature of a test sample, the dry ice(6) is positioned adjacent to the test sample by gripping the dry ice(6) using a gripper(7) made from plastic.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sample support of a thermal vacuum chamber is provided to reduce a testing time by quickly adjusting the temperature of a base plate of a satellite component. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(1) of a sample support is located inside a thermal vacuum chamber. A satellite structure putting a satellite component and a thermal filler are combined through a fixing bolt by forming many fixing holes(2) in the upper plate. A sample support(20) is formed in the lower part of the upper plate. The sample support comprises a thermal exchanging pipe(9) having an inlet(3) and an outlet. Thereby, the reliable environment test is possible by realizing the same value as an actual contact heat transfer.

Abstract: 본발명은우주환경시험장치인열진공챔버에서우주환경시험시시험물을원하는온도에빨리도달하게하여주는시험보조장치(Fixture)에관한것으로열진공챔버내부에서열교환장치인슈라우드(Shroud)와시험물간의열교환시열전도를유발시켜열전달을향상시킴으로써시험시간을단축시키도록하는슈라우드접촉을이용한열진공챔버용시험보조장치에관한것이다. 고진공환경하에서는대류에의한열전달은소멸되고복사에의한열전달이지배하게되는데, 이경우극저온영역에서의복사열전달은매우미약하여우주환경을모사하는열진공시험시원하는온도에도달하는데장시간이필요하게된다. 따라서슈라우드의곡면과접촉되는시험물지지대와보조날개를대칭되도록형성하여슈라유드와시험물간에전도에의한열전달을많이유발시켜시험시간을단축하고액체질소소비량의감소, 작업자의근무시간단축및 고가장비의수명을연장하는것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for arranging heat pipe with identical shape using line contact is provided to form uniform distribution of temperature by efficiently dispersing concentrated heat load. CONSTITUTION: Heat pipes(10) contacts with each other on lines to form regular polygons such as hexagons and quadrangles to exchange heat. The heat pipes layered upon another to contact with each other on lines. The heat pipes are manufactured by same process as the shape thereof is identical. The weight of needed heat pipes is reduced in comparison with usual method when the heat pipes are to be densely used so as to be applied to a communication satellite.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermal vacuum chamber is provided to perform a thermal vacuum test of components more efficiently and conducting a thermal equilibrium test by removing a sample holder. CONSTITUTION: A contact rod(11) longitudinally contacted inside a shroud is established and a lower part of the contact rod is formed to enlarge a contact face with respect to the shroud. On upper part of the contact rod, a holder(12) is fixed and a heat pipe(13) is installed on a bottom of the holder. In case of arranging a sample holder(10) in the shroud, an aluminum foil is covered and the sample holder is put thereon. Method of fixing the sample holder to the shroud with a bolt stably secures heat conductivity. When heat conductivity occurs through the contact rod in the shroud, the heat pipe is used for keeping a temperature change rapidly and uniformly of the holder. For easy replacement of the heat pipe with a copper bar, the heat pipe is fitted to a fixing metal piece(14) and fixed to the holder with a nut.
