Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing methoxy phenylhydrazine is provided, to improve the environmental-friendliness by suppressing the generation of heavy metal waste and performing the reaction under the mild condition by using a Pt-based catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing methoxy phenylamine HCl salt by reacting methoxy phenylamine or its derivative with HCl; preparing methoxy phenyldiazonium salt from the methoxy phenylamine HCl salt; preparing methoxy phenylhydrazine sulfurous acid salt from the methoxy phenyl diazonium salt; and preparing methoxy phenylhydrazine HCl salt by hydrogenating the methoxy phenylhydrazine sulfurous acid salt by using a Pt-based catalyst. Preferably the Pt-based catalyst is selected from the group consisting of Pt/c, Pd/C and a Raney-Ni catalyst, and the hydrogenation is carried out at a temperature of 25-90 deg.C in the presence of water as a solvent.

Abstract: PURPOSE: NiCuZn ferrite paste is proper to a magnetic layer in manufacturing a hybrid chip component, and has a superior smoothing and a dispersion stability. CONSTITUTION: NiCuZn ferrite paste includes a co-polymer of polyvinylbutyral-vinylalcohol-vinylacetate as a binder component and NiCuZn ferrite indicated as a chemical equation 1(NixCuyZnzO * Fe2O3), where x=0.1¯0.55, y=0.15¯0.3, z=0.3¯0.75, x+y+z=1. Accordingly, the NiCuZn ferrite paste minutely accumulates a green sheet, makes a smaller chip, and does not need a punching machine.

Abstract: As a characteristic of the material, the power of PTFE powder is capable of lumping spontaneously even at the room temperature of 20-30 degree C. As it is hard to granulate this lumpy powder, it is cooled down to the temperature below 20 degree C and is used in a fine powder state. This PETE powder is fed to the distributor(6) of the granulation device through the powder injecting hopper(5). In the distributor, the supplied powder is pressed against the inner wall of the distributor, before it is mixed with water by the diffusing wing(6) and the centrifugal force in the distributor.

Abstract: The preparation method for 2,4,6-trichloro aniline (I) consists of (1) reacting aniline with hydrogen chloride gas (II) to form aniline salt (III), (2) reacting (III) with (II) to form (I) upto 30%, (3) reaction reacting (III) with (II) to 90-95%. (II) is injected into (3) through (2) and (1) reactor, and finally into water trap to form HCl. After reaction, batch (2) is set at first position. 80% yield and 97% purity. (I) is useful as intermediate for dyes, pigments, agrochemicals, coating agents of color film.

Abstract: The method for producing a high purity dicalcium phosphate (CaHPO4 2H2O) is characterized by overflow-reacting a mixture of calcium chloride as a byproduct in the ammonia-soda process and phosphoric acid with a mixted gas of ammonia (A) and air (B) [mixing ratio of (A):(B) is 1:0.55-1.65 . In the reaction, the pH of the first, the second and the third reactor is each 0.5-1.8, 2.4-4.5 and 5.0- 6.5. The produced CaHPO4 2H2O is used as an abrasive agent for a toothpaste.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring concentration of mercury is provided to distinguish elementary mercury or mercury oxide by controlling vapor. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring concentration of mercury comprises: a step of adsorbing elementary mercury and mercury oxide in an analyte; a step of irradiating the adsorbent by microwave under inactive atmosphere gas to measure the amount of detached elementary mercury; and a step of irradiating the adsorbent by microwave under reducible atmosphere gas to measure detached mercury oxide. The inactive atmosphere gas is helium, nitrogen, argon, or mixture thereof. The reducible atmosphere gas is hydrogen, formaldehyde, or hydrocarbon.
