본 발명은 불소계 수분산 우레탄 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 탄소원자수 2 ∼ 20의 과불소알킬알코올에 섬유와 결합이 가능하고 유기용제에 대한 용해성을 갖는 에피클로로하이드린을 부가하여 과불소알킬기와 메틸클로라이드기를 동일분자내에 갖는 과불소알코올 유도체를 합성한 후에 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 축합반응에 의해 일반 유기용제에 용해하며, 우레탄 구조를 갖고, 섬유 등과 같은 기재에 결합이 가능한 불소계 수분산 우레탄을 제조하는 방법으로서, 종래에 비해 저에너지 표면 특성이 우수하며, 기재와의 친화력이 매우 좋고, 불소화합물의 단점인 딱딱한 촉감을 나타내지 않으며 우수한 저에너지 표면개질성능을 가져 섬유, 제지, 건설 산업 등에 코팅제로 사용시 발수성, 발유성, 내오염성, 특히 건식오염방지 � �의 기능성을 나타내는 불소계 수분산 우레탄 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A process for preparing a fluoro-alkylacrylate is provided to overcome the problems of low conversion rate by a by-product, i.e., water and the generation of a large quantity of waste water by virtue of using zeolite- or oxide-based porous absorbent. CONSTITUTION: The fluoro-alkylacrylate is prepared by the process comprising the steps of: introducing a fluoro-alcohol selected from compounds represented by the formula 1: CqH2q+1-pFpCH2OH(in which, q is an integer of 1-3 and p represents 1 to 2q+1) and acrylic acid into a reactor(1) in a controlled molar ratio£OH/H| of 1.0 to 4.0 to perform an esterification at 100-150 deg.C for 18-24 hours; performing a condensation of water as a by-product and unreacted fluoro-alcohol in a condenser(2) with 10-30 deg.C; passing the condensate through an absorber(3) filled with a zeolite- or oxide-based porous absorbent to be separated; recycling the separated unreacted fluoro-alcohol to re-introduce into the reactor(1).

PURPOSE: Provided are an internal entrance type antistatic composition having improved heat-stability, durability, antistatic performance, and transparency, a preparation method thereof, and an antistatic film using the antistatic composition. CONSTITUTION: The internal entrance type antistatic composition is produced by a process comprising the steps of: dissolving 5-40wt% of a metal compound in a hydrophilic solvent; adding 1-20wt% of a fluorine compound and 1-30wt% of a silicone compound to the solution containing the metal compound and then reacting at 50-120deg.C; adding 1-60wt% of a hydrophilic surfactant to the solution and keeping pH 7-9 and removing the hydrophilic solvent. And the antistatic film contains 0.1-15wt% of the internal entrance type antistatic composition in a composition for forming a synthetic resin film.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polymer microemulsion containing a perfluoroalkyl group is provided, to reduce the particle size of the microemulsion by employing a surfactant together with perfluoroalkyl alcohol for improving the permeating power into a substrate, thereby enhancing the water repelling property, the oil repelling property and the pollution resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of emulsion polymerizing a compound containing a perfluoroalkyl group, a monomer containing an unsaturated double bond and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of a surfactant selected from the group consisting of nonionic. anionic and cationic surfactants and a perfluoroalkyl alcohol. Preferably the perfluoroalkyl alcohol is represented by the formula 1 or 2(formula 1: CnF2n+1SO2N(R1)CH2CH2OH, formula 2: CnF2n+1CH2CH2OH), wherein R1 is methyl group or ethyl group; and n is an integer of 3-21. The content of the surfactant is 5-15 wt% based on the weight of the monomer, and the content of the perfluoroalkyl alcohol is 2-30 wt% of based on the weight of the surfactant.
