Abstract: PURPOSE: A robot hanger for a welding robot is provided to allow a regulation pin to be used for regulation holes formed in various kinds of vehicles by varying a position of the regulation pin using a servo motor. CONSTITUTION: A hanger frame(5) is mounted on a front end of an arm(1) of a robot. The hanger frame(5) includes a connection beam(7) fixed to a front end of the robot arm(1), and a hanger beam(9) fixed to both ends of the connection beam(7). A regulation pin unit(10) is provided at a front end of the hanger beam(9) so as to set a loading position of a chassis panel(3). A clamping unit(20) is mounted on a connection part between the hanger beam(9) and the connection beam(7) so as to clamp both ends of the chassis panel(3). A base plate(13) is fixedly mounted at an inner front portion of the hanger beam(9) and guide rails are installed at both sides of the base plate(13).
