Abstract: PURPOSE: An outside mirror mounting device is provided to reduce the number of part by mounting a side mirror at the center of a side mirror housing by a ball joint and to suppress vibration by minimizing the turning moment of the side mirror housing. CONSTITUTION: A side mirror mounting device consists of: a supporter(50) fixed to a vehicle body with a joint ball(55); a side mirror housing(60) connected to the supporter by a ball joint through a groove(60a); and a cover plate(70) fixed to the outer face of the side mirror housing. The supporter and the joint ball are placed between the side mirror housing and the cover plate and fixed by a bolt and a nut. The ball joint is placed at the center of the side mirror housing so that the turning moment of the side mirror housing and vibration is suppressed. Herein, the joint ball is made of steel but the side mirror housing and the cover plate are made of plastic for the minimizing abrasion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wiper with a winding type is provided to prevent the displacement of the rotational angle of a clip by fixing a connector employing a rivet and to absorb friction noise occurring during wiping. CONSTITUTION: A hollow core portion of a winding type(12), one end of a connector(16a) and a clip(26) are combined with each other. The winding type rotates by centering on a pin(22) with the rotation of a main arm(14) so does the one end of the connector. The inflator is installed in a car body plate(4), and pulls a safety belt(15) when colliding. The pretensioner wire is connected to the inflator. The protector is inserted into the pretensioner wire. The rotary disc is rotatably installed in the car body plate. A locking projection, which rotates the pretensioner wire is formed on one side of the rotary disc. The angle-adjusting rotary actuator rotates the pretensioner wire at a constant angle by rotating the rotary disc according to a seating state of a passenger.
