Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cooling water ion filter for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of an ion resin and cooling water by compress-inserting an O-ring for preventing the leakage of the ion resin in between a housing and a mesh assembly. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water ion filter(100) for a fuel cell vehicle comprises the following: a housing(110); a port members(120,130) assembled to the housing for inflowing and discharging cooling water; an ion exchange resin(101) filling the housing; and mesh assemblies(140a,140b) inserted in between the housing and the port members. An O-ring for preventing the leakage of an ion resin is compress-inserted in among flange units(111,112), and the mesh assemblies.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A coolant reservoir for a fuel battery vehicle is provided to effectively prevent overflow by discharging water on a real time basis through a drain port. CONSTITUTION: A coolant reservoir for a fuel battery vehicle comprises a reservoir housing(21), and a drain port(27) and an outlet valve(28). The reservoir housing is a storage space for product water and cooling water. The drain port is installed on the side of the reservoir housing. The drain port discharges the water from the internal space of the reservoir housing. The drain valve is mounted on the drain port.
Abstract:
A temperature controller of coolant for a fuel cell vehicle is provided to control the cooling water temperature in real time by driving a motor depending on a cooling water temperature signal of a stack entrance and improve efficiency and performance of a stack output. A temperature controller of coolant for a fuel cell vehicle comprises a housing consisting of a first and second intake port(333,334) formed horizontally and a drain port(335); a plunger operation unit(336) having a working plunger(332) proportionally controlling opening amount of a first and second intake port, operating vertically between the intake port and the exhaust port of the housing; a motor(331) mounted on the top of a plunger operation unit; and a motor shaft(337) extended from the motor to the lower end of the plunger operating part. The operation plunger moves vertically by torque transmitted through a motor shaft depending on the motor.
