PURPOSE: A pneumatic intake hose is provided to improve a thermal resistance and a negative pressure resistance by replacing into 45 to 60 by weight percent of ethylene vinylacetate copolymers as a hose material. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic intake hose consists essentially of an ethylene vinylacetate copolymers between 45 to 60 by weight percent. The hose consists further of a carbon black between 40 to 55 by weight percent, a low viscous oil, a zinc oxide and auxiliary components. The auxiliary components contain 2D as an antioxidant, a vulcanizing accelerator such as TT, MT and TMDT, and a vulcanizing agent such as sulfur, of which contents have a composition between 40 to 55 by weight percent comparing with a total composition.

PURPOSE: A fuel hose is provided to improve the fuel-resistant permeability of a fuel hose and to reduce production costs by forming a resin/rubber mixed layer. CONSTITUTION: A fuel hose of a vehicle is manufactured by the following steps. An internal layer is made from nitrile butadiene rubber. A first intermediate layer is made from fluoric resin. A second intermediate layer is made of nitrile butadiene rubber. A reinforcing layer is made of thread. An outer layer is formed by epichlorohydrin rubber or chlororosulfuric monomer rubber. The layers are sequentially deposited. After extruding the inner rubber, fluoric resin is extruded thereon. For the adhesion of rubber and resin, an adhesive is pasted. Rubber is repeatedly extruded on the fluoric resin, and the reinforcing thread is placed thereon. Finally, outer rubber is extruded on the reinforcing thread. The fuel-resistant permeability of the hose is less than 1g/m2/day.

CONSTITUTION: An oil seal rubber composition comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of nitrile rubber; 1.5~2.5 parts by weight of a mixture of a sulfur crosslinking agent with a peroxide crosslinking agent; 6~7 parts by weight of a crosslinking promoter of a mixture of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide and tetramethylthiuram disulfide; 8~12 parts by weight of zinc oxide as a crosslinking accelerator aid; 20~30 parts by weight of filler; 3~8 parts by weight of polyetherester-based compound as a plasticizer; and 5~8 parts by weight of antiaging agent.

PURPOSE: Provided is a rubber for an automobile engine oil filter packing which is improved in heat resistance, cold resistance and durability and is reduced in thermal curing of an oil filter packing, leakage and the generation of crack. CONSTITUTION: The rubber contains carbon black, a reinforcement, a process oil, an antioxidant, a softener and a curing agent as an additive, and comprises an inner rubber layer which comprises 1-100 parts by weight of super-clay and 1-10 parts by weight of an antioxidant based on 100 parts by weight of an acryl rubber, and an outer rubber layer which comprises 1-100 parts by weight of super-clay and 1-10 parts by weight of an antioxidant based on 100 parts by weight of a silicone rubber, and the two layers are adhered by curing. Preferably the acryl rubber contains 34-43 % of acryl and 1.0-9.0 % of sulfur; and the silicone rubber contains 70-90 % of silicon and 10-30 % of hydrocarbon.

PURPOSE: Provided is a rubber foam composition for a weather strip, which maintains initial sealing properties, reduces the generation of a wind noise caused by the permanent deformation of the weather strip and has improved physical properties. CONSTITUTION: The rubber foam composition for the weather strip comprises 50-150 parts by weight of a carbon black, 5-20 parts by weight of a vulcanizing accelerator and 1-50 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon multi-shell, based on 100 parts by weight of EPDM(ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) rubber. In particular, the hydrocarbon multi-shell is a perfect spherical microcapsule having the size of 10-30 microns, or a high molecular weight hydrocarbon shell having the thickness of 3-7 microns surrounded with a low molecular weight hydrocarbon.
