Abstract: 본 발명은 차량용 도어 웨더 스트립에 관한 것으로서, 도어를 닫는데 힘이 적게 들고 밀폐효과가 양호하여 소음이 저감되도록 한 것이다.
본 발명은 필러(1)의 플렌지(2)를 따라서 고정되는 경질 웨더 스트립(3)에 단일 중공부(5)를 형성한 연질 웨더 스트립(4)을 일체로 형성함과 동시에 상기한 중공부(5)를 따라서 경질 웨더 스트립(3)과 동일재료로 된 리브(10)를 돌출되게 형성하며, 상기한 리브(10)는 그 끝에 도어(6)의 도어 인너 패널(7)의 절곡부(8)에 밀착되는 지지돌기(11)를 형성하여 리브(10)와 지지돌기(11)를 대략 Y형으로 형성하므로서 도어(6)를 닫았을 때 절곡부(8)가 지지돌기(11)에 밀착되어 리브(10)의 양측에 2개의 독립 중공부(12)(12')를 형성하는 것이다. 그리고 상기 리브(10)의 높이는 도어(6)를 완전히 닫았을 때 필러(1)와 도어 인너 패널(7)에 형성되는 간극보다 약간 길게 한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel door device of a vehicle is provided to improve the marketability of a vehicle by preventing the malfunction of the vehicle and to stably maintain the external appearance of the vehicle by preventing the abnormal opening and breaking of a fuel door cover. CONSTITUTION: A fuel door device of a vehicle comprises a fuel door cover(5), a lock opener(9), a push opener, and a limit lever unit. The fuel door cover comprises a lock slot and is rotatably installed with respect to a housing(1). The lock opener is protruded with a push rod(7) towards the lock slot from the housing to restrict the fuel door cover with respect to the housing. The push opener shifts into a closed or opened state by applying pressure from the fuel door cover towards the housing. The limit lever unit limits the rotation of the fuel door cover towards the housing while locking the fuel door cover through the lock opener.
