Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to accurately measure the displacement amount of headlining in an electrical signal and obtain correct data in a continuous manner. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a chamber(10) having a thermally insulated space with a predetermined size; a plurality of displacement sensors(21) arranged at the bottom of the chamber, and which are installed at the position for measurement of deflection amount of headlining; an analysis unit(20) for storage and analysis of the signal output from the displacement sensors; and a temperature measurement unit(30) and a humidity measurement unit(40) for controlling temperature and humidity of the chamber. Abstract: PURPOSE: An impact test apparatus is provided to prevent accident by allowing the impact test apparatus to be accommodated into a low temperature chamber and testing person to control the apparatus from outside the chamber, while achieving improved accuracy of test result. Abstract: PURPOSE: A console lead for a vehicle and a manufacture method thereof are provided to reduce a cost and a number of manufacture process by manufacturing the console lead of a console box using a double injection molding method using polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomers. CONSTITUTION: A console parts for a vehicle is provided with a console leads composed of a core portion and a skin portion. The core portion is injected and molded by polypropylene, and the skin portion is injected and molded by thermoplastic elastomers. At state that the first and the second molder injecting portions(10,12) are placed at parallel, polypropylene melting resin(14) supplied from the first molder injecting portion is filled into a space portion formed between a fixed type molders(20,20') and a movable molder(22,22'), thereby forming the core portion. And then, the core portion is cooled, when a cooling of 70-80% is proceeded, a mold is rotated in a degree of 180. The skin portion is formed by filling a thermoplastic melting resin(14') from the first molder(10) to the space portion.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disk pad abrasion warning device is provided to warn a driver when a pad is abrased to dangerous level. CONSTITUTION: A disk pad is installed near a brake disk to be pushed by hydraulic force to contact with or be released from the brake disk. A noise generating plate with a front end installed separatedly from the brake disk is installed on the upper end of an installation plate(3) attached to the back surface of the pad so that the front end contacts with the brake disk to generate abnormal frictional noise to warn a driver when the pad is abrased. The case external layer is made of a composition in which a plastic material 30-95 wt% and a reinforcing material 5-70 wt% are mixed. The central insulating layer is made of a nonwoven fabric in which aerogel is dipped.
