Abstract: 본발명은건식타입의엔진클러치용액츄에이터의페일시 EV모드에서 HEV모드전환될때, 엔진을미리구동시키는제어를통하여엔진과엔진클러치간의동기화가이루어질수 있도록한 하이브리드차량의엔진클러치액츄에이터페일세이프장치및 방법에관한것이다. 즉, 본발명은 EV 모드에서 HEV 모드전환시엔진클러치용액츄에이터의액츄에이터마스터실린더에장착되는압력센서를이용해엔진클러치액츄에이터의페일에따른 EV 모드페일상태임을진단한진단신호를상위제어기에전송하고, EV 모드에서 HEV 모드로의전환시별도의비상액츄에이터를이용하여액츄에이터마스터실린더내의유압유를컨센트릭슬래이브실린더(17)로용이하게공급할수 있도록함으로써, 엔진클러치액츄에이터의페일시에도 HEV 모드로의전환이용이하게이루어질수 있고, 진단신호를수신한상위제어기에서엔진을미리구동시켜엔진클러치와의동기화를구현할수 있도록한 하이브리드차량의엔진클러치액츄에이터페일세이프장치및 방법을제공하고자한 것이다.

Abstract: A car braking system using a brake pedal position sensor and a braking method using the same are provided to utilize devices relevant to a brake, such as an ABS and a VDC, more efficiently and safely, and reduce danger of second collision at a rear end of the vehicle. A car braking system comprises a brake pedal position sensor(10) and a brake control unit(25). The brake pedal position sensor detects a shifted position of a brake pedal(1) and outputs a detection value. The brake control unit normally performs the braking operation when change of the output value of the brake pedal position sensor is less than a first preset value. When the change of the output value is not less than a third preset value greater than the first preset value, the brake control unit reduces output of an engine while automatically increasing braking effort to the maximum. A braking method using the system comprises steps of being input with the output value from the brake pedal position sensor, performing normal braking when the change of the output value is less than the first preset value, and reducing the engine output and maximizing the braking effort when the change is not less than the third preset value.
