Abstract: 본 발명은 차량의 윈드쉴드 글라스 표면을 청소하는 와셔액을 성에가 제거될 때 까지 고온으로 가열하여 공급함으로서 동절기에 윈드쉴드 글라스에 형성된 성에등을 신속하게 제거하여 운전자의 편의성 및 안정성을 도모할 수 있는 와셔액 히팅시스템 및 히팅방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 와셔액 히팅시스템은, 윈드쉴드 글라스의 성에를 제거하기 위한 작동신호를 입력하기 위한 스위치(70); 상기 스위치(70)의 온작동신호에 의하여 와셔리저브(60)에 저장된 와셔액을 유입구(24)를 통하여 흡입한 후에 가열하여 소정온도에 도달하면 유출구(22)를 통하여 토출하는 와셔히터(20); 상기 와셔히터(20)의 유출구(22)를 통하여 토출되는 고온의 와셔액을 윈드쉴드 글라스의 표면으로 분사하는 노즐(30); 전방 및 후방의 윈드쉴드 글라스를 통하여 입사되는 광량을 검출하기 위한 전방 및 후방센서(100,102); 상기 전방 및 후방센서(100,102)로부터 입력되는 광량검출신호를 이용하여 전방시계가 확보된 것으로 판단되면 제어신호를 출력하는 마이컴(90); 상기 마이컴(90)으로부터의 제어신호에 따라서 상기 스위치(70)의 온상태를 오프상태로 절환하기 위한 릴레이(80)를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling a wiper is provided to improve convenience by sensing the washing state via a backward sensor and automatically stopping a wiper during washing. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a wiper comprises the steps of deciding if a wiper system is in the automatic mode, deciding if the existence of water is detected by a rain sensor in the automatic mode, deciding if the existence of water in the rear portion of a vehicle is detected by a backward sensor, and deciding the driving of the wiper system depending of the detection of water. If the existence of water in the rear portion of the vehicle is detected, the wiper system is maintained in the off state.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An outside mirror for eliminating wind noise in a vehicle is provided to prevent wind noise by blocking the gap with adjusting the gap between a mirror housing and a mirror base. CONSTITUTION: An outside mirror is composed of a mirror housing(11) assembling a mirror for moving and projecting the rear part, and a mirror base(12) connected to the mirror housing by a mirror shaft(13) and fixed in a door part of a vehicle body. The mirror shaft is combined axially and moved variably, and the length of the mirror shaft is adjusted with a control unit. The mirror housing is moved up and down in the mirror base. Wind noise is eliminated with adjusting the gap between the mirror housing and the mirror base.
