    Abstract: Inter-cell mobility may include decoding a first radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message received from a first cell. The first RRC reconfiguration message may comprise a first portion of configuration information for performing a cell change to a second cell. A cell change message received from the first cell may be decoded. The cell change message may indicate that a cell change to the second cell is to be performed. A cell change acknowledgment may be encoded for transmission to the second cell. A second RRC reconfiguration message received from the second cell may be decoded. The second RRC reconfiguration message may comprise a second portion of configuration information for performing the cell change to the second cell. The second portion of configuration information may comprise a remaining portion of configuration information to perform the cell change to the second cell.

    Abstract: Layer 2 handling during a cell change procedure includes decoding an RRC reconfiguration message received from a first cell. The RRC reconfiguration message includes a Layer 1 (L1) configuration corresponding to a second cell. The first cell and the second cell share an SDAP entity, a PDCP entity, an RLC entity, and a MAC entity. The first cell and the second cell have a separate L1 entity. In response to decoding the RRC reconfiguration message, the L1 configuration corresponding to the second cell is stored. A cell change message received from the first cell is decoded. The cell change message indicates that a cell change from the first cell to the second cell is to be performed. The stored L1 configuration corresponding to the second cell is applied for data transmission and reception associated with the second cell. A cell change to the second cell is initiated.

    Abstract: MBS key distribution includes processing group information associated with an MB session context received from an AF. At least a portion of the group information comprises a TMGI. A plurality of session join requests received from a plurality of UEs are processed. Each of the plurality of session join requests include the TMGI and are associated with the MB session context. A request associated with the MB session context for transmission to an MB-SMF is encoded. A response associated with the MB session context received from the MB-SMF is processed. The response includes a key derived for each of a portion of the plurality of UEs using a UE ID and the TMGI. A DL NAS message and an N2 message are encoded for the plurality of UEs and a base station, respectively. The DL NAS message and the N2 message include the derived key.
