Abstract: The carriage (1) has symmetrically carriage body parts (1C, 11C) including anchors (114a, 114b) and running elements e.g. wheels (12). Abstract: The buffer device (10) has a body (11) which can be fitted in a rail (4), a damping element (12) for cushioning, and a retaining spring (13) for retaining a running mechanism (6) which is guided in the rail (4) and is provided for carrying and guiding sliding wing elements (2). The at least approximately U-profile-shaped wing element of the buffer device (10), whose body is punched and bent from a metal element, has a first and a second wing (14; 18), these wings being connected to each other by a central piece (20) whose tongue-shaped extension forms the retaining spring (13) serving to retain the running mechanism (6). The end pieces (17, 19, 26; 17*, 19*) of the wings (14; 18) are configured in such a manner that they are suitable for retaining the damping element (12). The buffer device (10) can be manufactured cost-effectively from a single metal plate and can be completed by a damping element (12). Since the retaining spring (13) is a component part of the body (11) of the buffer device (10), the device is highly stable.

Abstract: Fixing device for a rail (1), especially a running or guide rail, comprises a mounting element connected on one side to a wall and on the other side to the rail. The mounting element has a strip (2) having an angle profile with two arms (21, 22) for receiving the rail. The first arm (21) has openings (23) for wall fixing screws and the second arm (22) has a long slit (25) with a T-shaped profile facing the rail for receiving and holding a locking element (3) fixed to the rail or connected by a thread (31) to a mounting screw holding the rail. Preferred Features: The openings are arranged in a recess, preferably in a channel (26) running along the first arm, suitable for receiving the head of a fixing screw.

Date Dec. 30, 1998Device for connecting a displaceable element, especially a glass, metal or wooden panel to a guiding device that is guided in a rail. The device includes first and second fixing members which each contain outer panels and fitting, elements which can be interconnected by an axle. The fitting elements are inserted into a cutout section on the edge of the displaceable element and interconnected. The fitting elements encompass a connection screw which can be connected to the guide device, the connection screw having a screw shaft with a screw head, a locking element and a thread. The fitting element of the first fixing member has a channel for receiving the screw shaft, the channel having channel walls, a trough for receiving the screw head and a cavity for receiving the securing element. The locking element can be stopped by a stop screw. The fitting element of the second fixing member has a recess for receiving the channel walls and an opening through which the screw head can be accessed. The assembled device can be adjusted by loosening the stop screws by a few turns and turning the connection screw until the displaceable element is set at the desired height. The stop screws are then re-tightened. The locking element is part of the connection screw and is encompassed in the device so that the top edge of the displaceable element can be drawn practically up to the rail.
