Abstract:
The present invention relates to a radio resource reallocation method based on the circuit mode. In order to efficiently use the radio resource in the packet-based data transmission system, a circuit mode radio resource is reallocated based on a rearrangement information element and a rearrangement counter information element by using the circuit mode. Accordingly, an unused region of the discontinuous radio resource that can be generated by resource de-allocation and resource change can be eliminated, and a resource allocation mismatch that can be generated by a MAP receiving error can be solved.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An operation method of a terminal for a multicast/broadcast service in a multi-carrier frequency operation communications environment for continuously offering E-MBS of a mobile terminal is provided to perform E-MBS transmission/reception in all states of the terminal through multi carrier frequency. CONSTITUTION: If transceiving traffic with a base station(100) does not exist for a predetermined period, an SC-MS(Single Carrier-Mobile Station) changes a current state into a sleep mode. The SC-MS performs carrier switching operation to a dedicated carrier within a listening window in order to receive E-MBS(Multicast and Broadcast Service). In case the SC-MS varies a current state into a sleep mode, the SC-MS considers a carrier switching period.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A terminal and a method for managing the terminal, and a base station and a method for managing the base station are provided to flexibly transmit a paging message to a terminal of an idle mode of a femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A determining unit(210) determines whether a femto base station managing a femto cell that a terminal enters belongs to the same paging group as a macro base station managing a macro cell overlapped with the femto cell. When the femto base station belongs to the same paging group, a ranging code transmitting unit(220) transmits the first ranging code for making an available paging state to the femto base station. A receiving unit(230) receives a paging message from the femto base station.
Abstract:
A base station management method according to the present invention is a method for managing an operation mode of a base station, and includes determining whether a terminal exists in a cell managed by the base station and operating in a low duty operation mode (LDM) when no terminal exists in the cell.
